Beach Haven...you've found it. This non-smoking four bedroom two bath brick home with two-car Garage is within walking (or golf-carting!) distance to our private beach access. Our home is in pristine condition and was built in 2001. Everything you need is included, TVs in every room, Gas Grill, Private Pool. Slipcovered sofa, cherished beach accents and comfortable living spell casual sophistication for the ultimate in relaxation. Ours is the largest floor plan, largest landscaped lot in the development - and one of only a few with a private pool.
The Seaspray development is located within a mile of the Destin Outlet Shops and behind the Embassey Suites, directly across the street (Scenic 98) from the ocean. Hop in our Golf cart to make getting to the beach fun and easy. No sand in your car anymore! Feel the warm ocean breeze on your way to sand and surf.
Another highlight at Beach Haven is our brand new private swimming pool. Swim any time in total privacy in the beautifully landscaped back yard of our gulfside getaway. Lounge in bright adirondack chairs. Grill on the BBQ and dine indoors our out, depending on your mood. The fully-equipped and whimsical kitchen seats 9, so it's totally up to you. Imagine lounging at the pool and needing to check your emails...you can do it with our wireless DSL connection!
All four bedrooms are of nice size with comfortable beds and linens. Your own little sanctuaries with ample closet space and private tvs. The master bath has a double vanity, garden tub and separate shower. Beautifully appointed. Thanks in advance for taking care of our home. Because our family uses the home so often (can you tell we love it?) we only rent on a limited basis, so contact us as soon as you have dates.
