Located at the convenient Bluffs development area of Holiday Island, it’s next to the shopping canter and yet it’s just a short drive to Table Rock Lake, Holiday Island Recreation Center and beautiful Eureka Springs! It is also less than one hour from Branson, Missouri and Silver Dollar City. And a special treat for MOMS--This home is ADJACENT TO THE SHOPPING CENTER with grocery store, hardware store, VCR/DVD rental store, and discount store!

The house is practically brand new and has all the modern conveniences you’re looking for!

There is a 6 PERSON HOT TUB on covered back patio. Patio also has a barbeque and seating for eight. There’s even a large back yard fully fenced for privacy and safety with volleyball and croquet set-ups available.

The PRIVATE MASTER SUITE has a KING BED, private bathroom and walk-in closet. There are three other bedrooms, two with QUEEN BEDS and a smaller bedroom with a daybed. All four bedrooms have TV'S and phones.

The open spacious living room has a fireplace and large 32 inch COLOR TV, VCR, DVD with HOME THEATRE SOUND SYSTEM. The living room also has a full-size sleeper sofa.

This vacation home also has HIGH-SPEED INTERNET and EXPANDED CABLE.

There is a fully equipped kitchen. The dining area seats eight and there’s room for three at the “bar.”

House has central heat and air-conditioning. Sleeping capacity is ten. Attached THREE CAR GARAGE. Children welcome.
