Located at the end of a quiet lane, this well appointed Adobe/Modern styled home has great views, total privacy and an amazing 3 level salt water pool with a huge jacuzzi spa. Lots of sun for the sun worshiper, and desert landscape with a variety of cactus, agave and aloe. The house has 6 bedrooms. There are four in the main house three with queen size beds and one with a california king size.The beds are either plushtop or memoryfoam mattresses. There are four bathrooms in the main house. The 'pool house' with an eastern king size bed across the pool (also with it's own bathroom and 50' TV )and a casita suite with a queen size bed and a queensize sofabed,flat screen TV and full bathroom.The bedding is all soft luxurious 400 min. tc 100% cotton. The living room faces the pool and has soft leather furniture and a 50 inch flat screen TV with cable BluRay Netflix and an iPod/iPhone music station. WiFi internet. There are also flat screen TV's in three of the bedrooms. The kitchen has a nice open feel with granite slab counter tops and bar. Refrigerator/freezer with in the door ice and filtered water dispenser. Gas stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave oven. Toaster, blender, coffee maker and all you will need to feel at home. A dinning room with seating for 10-12 adjoins the kitchen and lot of bonus space as well. There is also built-in seating for twelve+ on the patio around a nice big table. There is a propane barbeque grill built-in (we supply the propane). There is parking for five cars off the street. The neighborhood is situated in a safe and quiet canyon at the south end of Palm Springs , away from the airport and traffic yet only minutes (10-15)from the hub of downtown Palm Springs or Palm Desert! High Season Rates (Oct.15-June 15th) are as follows: 2 night stay $1,695.00 . 3 night stay is $1,995.00 . 4 night stay is $2,595.00. 5-7 night stay is $3,075.00. A full month stay is $8,500.00. Low Season Rates (June 16th-Oct.14th) are as follows: 2 night stay $1,395.00 . 3 night stay is $1,695.00 . 4 night stay $2,100.00 . 5-7 night stay is $2,595.00 A full month stay is $5,900.00. These rates include 12% city tax,utilities and cleaning fee. There are no 'hidden fees'. A fully refundable security deposit of $500 is required and returned to you following your stay. Please note there is a three night minimum during March and April. Rates may vary on certain Holidays or Events.

from airport and highway noise in a peaceful neighborhood on a quiet street end. Downtown Palm Springs and Palm Springs Airport are only a quick 8-10 minute drive. There are also great hiking trails within walking distance. There are restaurants, Cineplex ,I-Max, Ice Rink and shopping one mile from the property. Trader Joes, Target, Starbucks are also close. Our central proximity offers easy access to both Palm Springs and Palm Desert and all the Golfing!
