Serenity Bay is in a great location away from tourist traffic but not isolated. You will love the proximity you have to West End (5 minute ride), West Bay Beach (10 minute taxi ride). Roatan International Airport and the Coxen Hole commercial area is just 10 minutes away.
Spacious open plan with a comfortably furnished living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with ceramic tile floors and glass sliders that open to a large covered beach side deck overlooking calm Caribbean waters. On the same level there is one guest bedroom with 1 Queen size bed, full bathroom and laundry room.
Upper level has Master bedroom with King size bed with en suite bathroom and private patio with sea views, providing a comfortable and private space. There is also a second guest bedroom with 2 Queen size beds and an additional full bathroom. The home has central air conditioning along with ceiling fans throughout. Ocean views from the spacious living/dining room and kitchen on the ground level as well as from the Master bedroom on the upper level.
The Blue Parrot bar and restaurant is just a short walk down the beach. Pablo, our caretaker, maintains the beach and garden, watches over our guests and is always ready to lend a hand.

Upon arrival we'll collect $ 500 security deposit, which will be returned upon satisfactory check-out no later than 10 days after your departure.
There are no refunds due to cancellations, though we will allow a credit to be used for future booking if cancellation is made before 60 days prior to arrival; this must be used within six months of original reservation.

About: My wife and I decided to build a quality home on the beach. Our interest in Roatan was scuba diving and helping the less fortunate children, who live in the Lighthouse Ministries children's home across the street. Nelda Mclaughlin sold us the lot over 10 years ago and Darryll Martinez, who built Infinity Bay, Pristine Bay, and Coral Vistas, did a great job building us this home, we named Serenity Bay Villa.
Why Sandy Bay: Instead of being crowded with tourists parading in front of your rental home, why not be on a safer more secluded area of Roatan. Our watchie, Pablo, is on property 24/7 and the beach is on a safe area east of Lawson Rock, which has guarded access to the beach around a cliff, which prevents random beach walkers from visiting the area.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa: The home has nine foot ceilings, two central air conditioners, several ceiling fans, and all the amenities of an upscale beach house. The five steps up to the home's veranda beacons guests to go out on the beach or dock to enjoy the ocean. Go fishing off the dock. Have your Honduran coffee on the sundeck. Or have a snorkel to the reef just a short swim from the end of the dock.
