New leather sleeper sofa, flat screens in living and master, full size washer and dryer, free internet access. Easy walk to everything the village has to offer.

Three-bedroom, three-bath townhouse for rent, sleeps eight, with ground floor entrance. Our townhome is two story with no other unit above or below. You won't have to worry about a group of 14 college kids staying above you - which is always a risk of staying in a condominium. We also offer a number of upgrades not available in other Montebello units.

Corner unit featuring wraparound windows with great views. The main floor features the living room, dining room, and kitchen, along with a queen-size bedroom and bathroom with shower. Stairs lead up to two more bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms, the master bath has a double-headed shower and dual sinks.

Living room features 50 inch Flat Screen TV, DVD, VCR, PlayStation2 with games, and stereo. Deluxe gas fireplace set in river rock with maple mantle; this is the focal point of the living area.

Private deck with teak patio furniture, and private hot tub.

Dining area has a maple country table, seats eight with table settings for 12 people. We have stocked coffee, tea, flour, sugar, and spices; all the basics for your convenience.

Deluxe gourmet kitchen - granite countertops with floating bar, SubZero refrigerator, microwave, gas range, two dishwashers, fully equipped for cooking with everything you need and more!

One bedroom with a queen-size bed down (just in case the slopes take their toll), upstairs is a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a third bedroom with two twin beds. The living room sofa also converts to a double-size bed. Each bedroom has a TV with cable, master has a flat screen and DVD. Bathrooms have heated slate floors for your comfort, some with towel warmers. Linens are provided and bathrobes, too.

Many extras, like boot and glove dryers and free high-speed wifi internet access. Private attached garage and secure storage for skis, bikes, and golf clubs. En suite large front load washer and dryer.

Easy walk to all resort activities and amenities - village restaurants, shopping and entertainment, ski shuttle bus, golf, tennis, and hiking.
