Kuleana 713 sits about 15-20 feet from a small cove and the ocean‘s edge, with a small secluded beach directly below our unit. You’ll wake to rainbows on the horizon, and find sea turtles feeding below our balcony. But just a word of warning. Be very, very careful out there. Once you go out on our balcony, you may just lose half of your day!
Without a doubt, the most common comment we find in our guestbook is: “we planned to do a lot more during our visit - but we just loved staying here ‘at home’ on your balcony!” seriously.
You’ll find that our island home truly is a 'home away from home' - and we have everything you’ll need for a wonderful stay. Our cute bamboo style kitchen has upgraded appliances, including smooth-top range, and all possible necessities for making a hearty breakfast, lunch for the road, and gourmet dinners by the water‘s edge. There's nothing quite as fun as grilling 'surf and turf' by the ocean's edge at sunset, and eating dinner to the sound of waves crashing, and the glow of the tiki torches below. This is just the best! :-)
By the way, the rest of the condo is just as cute and comfortable as the photos posted in this ad. The bedroom and bath are a fun, comfortable mix of island furnishings and elegant details. Artist signed prints, and even a hula girl lamp! You may just have too much fun in there. (ha)
Outside our home, the grounds of the property are manicured to absolute perfection. You'll be surrounded by lush greenery and tropical flowers at your every turn. The smell of plumeria’s fill the air, and tiki torches are lit at sunset.

About the owner: Aloha, Kenny and I recently purchaed this little piece of heaven from Lynn and Winston. Lucky for us it has quite the following and we can see why. A lot of people are returning guests because it is such an amazing place. And then there is the view! Watch the whales during whale season and turtles while sipping your favorite hawiian coffee sitting on your lanai. Swim or snorkel with the sea life and turtles. Watch the magnificent sunset while eating dinner and star gazing into the night. Sounds so romantic because it is. A honey mooner's paradise that you must come see for yourself. We do our very best to make it a very affordable and comfortable home away from home and strive to make sure you want for nothing. So enjoy, laugh and love.

The previous owner, Lynn took this photo back in 2002. You would be amazed at how many people ask me to show them 'our view' and if we are 'oceanfront'. This is our view (your view) and it doesn’t get much better than this! :)

This is our home, this is not a hotel, and we personally contact every single guest. Would you rent your home online at the click of a button? We don't do that. You'll have to actually talk to us, or email us first! :)
And two - our availability calendar is connected now for your convenience!!! Please call or email us directly for a price quote. We actually talk to all of our guests, and they tend to like that! Ha :) we are 'old school' - been doing this for a very long time! We have been privately renting our previous Maui home since 2010, and we have had nothing but happy guests. The previous owners, Lynn and Winston, are just like us. Unfortunately, i'm a crazy busy gal too, and i just can't seem to find the time to transfer all of their “paper guestbook” comments to an online guestbook. But we have lots of references if you want them. :-) they have actually had a lot of guests return every single year since they first bought this home in 2002.
