Both Villa delle Rose that includes the ' APPARTAMENTO PANORAMA' (in the other apartment of the villa owner lives) and the cottage next to the villa 'CASA LIMONI' are houses built in the most traditional Ligurian style with characteristic decorations, green shutters and the typical colours of the houses of Liguria. Both Villa delle Rose e Casa Limoni are surrounded by a large private garden inserted into a large fully fenced olive grove . Both the garden and the olive grove contain several kinds of fruit trees: olives, grapes, oranges, apples, pears cherries, etc. and all the herbs typical of the Mediterranean climate. By both houses a path leads to a small stream at the foot of the hill where you can reach the medieval town of Chiavari and beaches with a stroll on foot or by bicycle. In both houses you can eat outside on the terraces specially furnished or in the gardens also furnished with table and chairs and BBQ, enjoying a breathtaking view of the sea and the hill. For each house there is a private parking, free unlimited access to the Internet via WiFi and satellite TV.
Table football, table tennis and bicycles are available for guests.

Casa Limoni has a private garden, fully fenced and a large and shaded terrace with dining table, chairs, sun loungers and BBQ. The terrace offers breathtaking views of both the sea and the hills. Casa Limoni has one bedroom with 3 beds that can be configured according to your needs (one double only, double + single, or three singles) , a lounge\dining room with double bed sofa, table for 6 and chairs,Sat TV, DVD as well as FREE UNLIMITED ACCESS TO THE INTERNET. The kitchen includes dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and kitchen utensils. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, bidet and wash hand basin. A second bedroom fully independent with double bed and bunk bed, bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is available at about 20 meters away in Villa delle Rose. In a separate service room there is a washing machine and sink.
