Our oceanfront condo, unit #206 in N. Myrtle Beach is immaculate! Unit #206 is in the middle on the far right.
Family owned and beautifully maintained. We have been fortunate enough to have caring people rent from us, which has helped maintain a very attractive vacation get-away. Pets NOT allowed.
The condo is in the center of the Golf Capital of the World. There are over 100 golf courses in the immediate area. Shopping is plentiful, with Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach only minutes away. There are hundreds of restaurants within a few mnutes drive. There is so much to do that there is never a dull moment, unless you choose to just sit on the balcony overlooking the beach and watch the sunrise!
We don't own this condo to make money, we own it because we love to go to the beach. We price the condo just to cover our expenses, believe me, you won't find a better priced vacation anywhere!
If you need an additional condo, or if the week you would like to reserve is booked, we have access to condos #105, #102, #305 and will be glad to assist you with renting them as well.

This place is amazing. Clean, pretty, and has everything you could need for a wonderful vacation. It's just like home, but with an ocean view. You would never be disappointed with this Condo. It has a good size balcony to enjoy the sunrise's over the ocean, with your morning coffee. I can't say enough about the wonderful time I had there, and it's close to everything. I will be going back whenever I can. The owner is very nice, and gets back to you right away. Easy to work with.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
