This is one of the best vacation floor plans you will find in a magnificent four-season resort. Wintergreen offers two distinct golf course experiences with its mountain course at almost 4000 feet and its year-round valley course, nationally-ranked Stoney Creek. The tennis facilities have been ranked in the Top 50 by Tennis Magazine for the past 17 years and the resort offers one of the most well-equipped, relaxing, spa fitness area in this region.
This custom-built house offers four bedrooms and four-and-one-half baths on three levels. It has two great sitting areas on the main floor and downstairs area that gives great room and privacy for one or multiple family getaways. The house offers great outdoor privacy as it is surrounded by secluded areas on all sides of the house while offering great views in the winter season. Its two large decks with an eight-person hot tub gives a great outdoor area to relax and enjoy the clean, mountain air. The house is a traditional mountain style with wood beams, stone fireplace, and vaulted ceilings on the main floor. The Wintergreen spa, tennis center, and Devil's Knob Golf Course are within one to two miles of the house while the ski shuttle is only a short walk.

* UPSTAIRS: Master bedroom with queen-size bed, TV, master bath with private balcony and sitting area. Nice sitting/reading area overlooking the main floor/stone fireplace.
* MAIN FLOOR: Bedroom with queen-size bed/bath, fabulous open kitchen, dining room, and main sitting area with 25-foot vaulted ceilings, stone fireplace, numerous windows looking onto back deck, 31-inch TV with DVD/VCR with nice selection of movies and games, half bath in foyer, walk-out to large deck with eight-person hot tub.
* LOWER LEVEL: Bedroom with queen-size bed/bath, bedroom with two single beds, jacuzzi bath, and another sitting area/kid's area with walkout to screen porch and bottom deck. TV and washer/dryer. Sleeper sofa is in this sitting area for additional guests.
