This is where the Alps meet the Mediterranean, where the light has attracted famous painters ( Picasso, Matisse, Chagall ).
Welcome to Juan les Pins (awarded Blue Flag Beaches). The Blue Flag is an exclusive eco-label which works towards sustainable development at beaches and marinas, through strict criteria dealing with water quality, environmental education and information, environmental management, and safety and others services.
Juan les Pins is also a nice flowered city (awarded 4* label).
You will be welcome in Villa Casita*** which is a lovely provencal villa of 130 square meters (awarded 3 Stars - French Tourist Board) surrounded by a mediterranean garden (250 square meters), in a residential area in Juan les Pins, at 10 minutes walk from the sandy beaches and shopping facilities.
The villa is fully equipped with 3 bedrooms ( 3 king size beds ), 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, an American kitchen fully equipped with a large fridge and ice maker, a second kitchen fully equipped at the 1st floor, 1 dining area, lounge, TV satellite, DVD player, HIGH SPEED INTERNET WIFI. Two baby beds and one playpen are provided : babies are welcome (babysitter on request). All linen and towels are also provided. There is air conditioning in the villa.
The villa is protected with an electronic alarm and a safe strong box is provided.
Private garage in the villa and one car parking outside.
In the garden, below the trees (palm, orange, mandarin, olive) there is a fully furnished summer kitchen with barbecue (charcoal grill and electric grill), refrigerator, garden furniture, and relax to enjoy outside life.
Welcome pack (gift of 1 bottle of french wine from Provence) for you at your arrival.

Villa Casita is well located for visiting the major attractions on Côte d’Azur and close to shopping and restaurants. The villa is very well equipped and in a quiet part of Juan Les Pins. I would stay here again without hesitation.

"We have just returned from a two week holiday at the Villa Casita this August. We had a wonderful time there. The house is spacious and well-appointed and was perfect for ourselves and our three boys. It is the best-equipped house we have ever stayed at, with generous amounts of cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. The outside kitchen and barbecue were a real bonus and meant that we could have many pleasant meals outdoors. The neighbourhood is quiet and yet within easy walking distance of the town centre, the beach and the nightlife. We were very impressed also with the speedy way in which Antoinette and Alain Giros dealt with our queries and the prompt way in which they dealt with matters like the faulty washing machine which was replaced within a day. All in all, a memorable stay and one that we would be happy to repeat."

"This is our second year in succession staying in villa casita. It is a lovely house and its location is brilliant. A short stroll brings you to the beaches and cafes and a very nice park. The house is convienient to all yet at the same time in a peaceful neighbourhood.I would recommend this house to anyone as an ideal base for a vacation aroung the cote d'azure or just as a getway in a warm and tranquill surrounding. The bus routes nearby open up to you canne and nice and the nearby train station offers wonderful day trips further afield to monaco or Italy.The house itself has ,in my opinion all that is needed during a holiday and saves the bother of bringing towels.There is a great local boulangerie and a little business that offers freshly cooked chicken that are only delicious.Alain and Antoinette are available on the end of the phone for any help you might need."
