Villa Mandriola was built in the second half of the 16th century by one of the oldest families in Italy. Surrounded by a private estate of green lawns and secular trees you will be staying amid one of the largest private parks in the city.
Built on two floors you will have lots of space to relax, dine and celebrate in beautiful and historic spaces. All the six double bedrooms preserve the original architecture and boasts beautiful art and original frescoes and stuccos.
A formal dining room on the ground floor will be ideal for your family gatherings and to celebrate your special events. The Frescoes Sitting room and the Stuccos Sitting room will give you all the space to relax, read a book or entertain your guests.
The newly refurbished fully equipped kitchen has a working fireplace and a large table for informal dining.
Strolling the Giardino offers a refreshing respite from the cities busy streets. As you explore the interlacing of pathways, you’ll discover original statues, lakes, and secular trees.

The Lake House, is a two floors Villa situated in the heart of the romantic park of Villa Mandriola near the lake. The guest house is on two floors: At the ground floor there are: a dining room with a table for 6, a kitchen with cellar, a bathroom and a sitting room (with real fire place) that leads to a veranda with outside dining furniture and a BBQ - perfect for al fresco dining on the warm Italian evenings. On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms: two doubles (one can became twin) both with balconies, one twin room and two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath and shower). The Lake House villa can be rented as a self catering or B&B basis. All the rooms and bedrooms have garden and lake views. It is ideal for: family with children; a small group of friends or two families with children since it can accommodate up to 6 people.

We stayed in the separate coach house apartment on this property. It was one of the most spacious properties we stayed in in Italy, comfortably sleeping six in bedrooms without the need of a sofa bed in the living area. The kids loved the freedom of wandering around the extensive grounds filled with ducks, geese, goats and other animals and the owners were very accommodating and friendly. It is a beautiful old property and very private once inside the grounds. A large shopping centre close by allowed ease of purchasing anything needed during the stay. About 4km from the centre of Padova.

Recommended for: Families with young children.

Ne manquez pas cette location formidable, idéale si vous avez des enfants. Les propriétaires sont charmants et le conte Uberto di San Bonifacio parle un français presque parfait. Cette maison se situe à l'entrée de la propriété, elle est spacieuse, et hormis un coin de jardin, vous disposez à volonté de l'ensemble du parc, où circulent toute sorte d'animaux : écureuils, tortues d'eau, cygnes, oies et canards, chèvres. Tout cela vit en bonne entente. Au cœur du parc, une piscine hors sol idéale pour les enfants (l'eau arrive à la taille), une ou deux bouée à disposition, avec un coin barbecue et repas... Que du bonheur en rentrant d'une journée de visite sur Padoue. L'accès y est rapide et trois jours ne sont pas de trop pour la visiter, mais il y a aussi les collines Euganeennes et les villas Paladiennes, et bien sûr Venise avec un train toute les 20 min... De plus, vous bénéficiez des commerces situés à deux pas, dont un grand centre commercial. Mais nous vous recommandons le Prix, le plus proche, où vous trouverez tout ce qu'il vous faut, pas cher : pesto frais, pâtes fraîches, parmesan entre autre.

Cancellation policy:

- RATES INCLUDE: bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, water, electricity, taxes, gas, wireless internet access, Air Conditioning, heating costs in winter season and maintenance of the garden and pool. We can also provide baby bed/high chair if necessary at no extra cost. - RATES NOT INCLUDE: refundable security deposit (300euro), maid services and personal chef available daily upon request. - BOOKING: 50% of rent must be paid at the moment of booking by bank draft or by credit card as deposit; while the remaining 50% has to be paid at your arrival by credit card or cash. On receipt of the first deposit the booking is confirmed - REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: upon arrival we ask our guests to give us 300euro in cash as refundable deposit for any damage or breakage which may occur during your stay. At departure the money will be given back, unless it has to be used partly or fully for any damage that has occurred during your stay. - CANCELLATION by the client: Once the booking is confirmed, if you have to cancel it, we will proceed in this way: - up to 120 days before rental period: 50% of the deposit; - up to 90 days before rental period: 70% of the deposit; - up to 60 days before rental period: 90% of the deposit; - otherwise (less than 31 days before rental period) 100% of the deposit.
