Overlooking a 100 yard, white, sandy beach and pool, this condo is located on the second floor close to stairwells and secured elevators. The condo is fully-equipped, providing all the linens and cookware. You need only to bring yourself!
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a large ceramic walk-in shower. The second bedroom features twin beds and tub bath. A queen-size sleeper is in the living room. We have the ability to close off the second bedroom and bath, allowing this part of the condo to be rented a one bedroom and bath for a party of two.
Located in a relatively quite area of Sunset Beach, this location still offers easy access to restaurants, churches, supermarkets, night life, etc. Historic John's Pass, where you will find everything from day cruises to deep sea fishing, is only four miles away.
The Tampa International Airport, as well as Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, and the Florida Aquarium are only 30 minutes away. We're located just 90 minutes away from Orlando's Disney World, Epcot, MGM, and Universal Studios. Lastly, for sports fans, we're only a few minutes away from Tropicana Field as well as 30 minutes away from Tampa Stadium and the Ice Palace.
