This beautiful, tri-level condo is just east of Tahoe City. It is close to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, NorthStar and Homewood ski areas. A perfect winter wonderland. In summer you can walk to Skylandia Beach, on breathtaking Lake Tahoe or walk into town on the bike path. You will find great restaurants and shopping. Or, just stay at the condo and swim or play tennis. The North Shore Casinos are about a 15 minute drive away.
This unit is part of the Villa's Townhouse complex, located in a natural setting surrounded by pine trees. The condo has a loft master suite bedroom. There are also two bedrooms with a full bath on the lower floor.

Thank you for sharing your Tahoe place with us! It was perfect. My two girls absolutely loved the Mickey Mouse room too. Very cozy and perfect for our needs. The owners were very responsive, clear and helpful! Even when it was snowing all the walkways and roads were shoveled and plowed, so it made it easy for us. This condo is in a great location for winter and summer activities! We hope to use it again soon. Thank You.

I was impressed from the beginning, the owners were so helpful. They answered all my questions from inquiry to stay. The location was excellent, bike trail all the way into town. Close to beaches and great eating. The grounds were beautiful, well maintained. It was quiet and comfortable. The pool was really nice. The inside is bright and cheery. My grandchildren loved the Mickey Mouse bedroom, and my daughter and son-in-law liked that their room was large, with the bathroom close and next to kids. I had the whole upstairs to myself and slept really well, the bed was really comfortable. And I had my own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped, and fun to cook in. Living space was great, big enouth for the toddlers to play and adults to relax. Don't miss out on this great place to stay!!!!
