This cliffside house, once owned by two painters, is a regular house downstairs and a 600 square foot skylit painting studio upstairs. A second smaller skylit studio is linked to the master bedroom. Beds are doubles with a firm and very firm mattresses.

The house is very quiet and can only be reached by a private access road. It has a deck facing the ocean, and sits on 10 acres that includes a garden, a nice bog, and a large forested area that includes old growth cedar, douglas fir and arbutus. The property is laced with trails.

Coon Bay and Dionisio Provincial Park are a 40 minute walk away. Pebble Beach and Bodega Ridge Provincial Park are a short drive. Boats can be launched at the government wharf at Spanish Hills about a mile down the main road. For entertainment there is a large collection on classical music, and videotapes of over 300 top-rated movies.
