This one bedroom, second floor condominium ('Life is Play on 30A') in the nicely maintained Beachwood Villas development is located on Scenic Highway 30-A, less than 200 yards from the beach. This is a super, family oriented community with beautifully landscaped grounds, two swimming pools (one heated in winter), tennis courts, shuffleboard, putting green, and several outdoor grills.
Important: Unlike most Beachwood Villas condos, we have high speed wired and wireless Internet available for our renters.

Seagrove is a wonderful place, with great beaches, restaurants, family activities, and of course beaches! Our condo is a great way to visit Seagrove and enjoy yourself on its superb slice of the Gulf of Mexico.

This is our fourth year staying in this Condo.The reason we keep coming back is that it is nicely furnished, clean, and well equipped. The owner has thoughtfully provided everything you need for your stay. If you should need something he is most accomodating in providing the item. He is easily reachable via email or phone. The Beachwood Villa's grounds are beautiful. Two swimming pools, a gigantic tennis court, and a shuffleboard court are all included on the beautifully landscaped grounds. The villas are located across the street from the beach. The beaches of 30A are some of the most beautful we have ever seen. The sand is as white as snow, the Gulf waters are a clear aqua. Fortunately this area missed the effects of the oil spill so the beaches are clean, the seafood fresh and wonderful, and this is a great place for a vacation. We recommend "Life is Play on 30a highly.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

We have been staying at Beachwood Villas for several years and this was our first time at this condo and we will be back again next year. The location is perfect for all kinds of resturantes and minutes away from Seaside. the condo and grounds are very well kept. The condo has everything that you would need for your stay and the owner was very nice and easy to deal with.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We rented this Condo for a month last spring(2009) and liked it so much that we re-booked for this spring. The Condo is beautiful, well kept, and very clean. The location is perfect, across the street from the beach and bike trail, and about a mile to Seaside. We are pretty sure that we will continue to rent this Condo every spring.
