This one bedroom, second floor condominium ('Life is Play on 30A') in the nicely maintained Beachwood Villas development is located on Scenic Highway 30-A, less than 200 yards from the beach. This is a super, family-oriented community with beautifully landscaped grounds, two swimming pools (one heated in winter), tennis courts, shuffleboard, putting green, and several outdoor grills.
Seagrove is a wonderful place, with great beaches, restaurants, family activities, and of course beaches! Our condo is a great way to visit Seagrove and enjoy yourself on its superb slice of the Gulf of Mexico.
No Pets and No Smoking are allowed. We might allow pets under very special circumstances, please ask us.
This property has a three-day minimum rental in off-season (Fall/Winter/Spring), and a seven-day minimum rental in summer season. Please inquire for details.
