This charming apartment is located in the heart of Beverly Hills. It is on the first floor in the back of the 8 units building. It is very private, light and bright w/ hardwood floors. It has a large kitchen with all the appliances --oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and houswares. The marble counter top can serve as breakfast bar. It also has a small dining table. The living room is spacious and the couch can sleep 2 adults. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and a full size closet. The Washer/dryer is located outside the back door of the unit.
It is about 12 miles from LAX, about 9.9 miles to Santa Monica beaches, about 11 miles to down town LA, and you can walk to all the major shopping areas in Beverly Hills in minutes.
From our front door to walk to Wilshire Blvd takes five minutes, Cannon Drive (Spago, Maestro steak house, and our favorite Happy Hour place Porta Via ) in 10 minutes; the celebrated Rodeo Drive in 12 minutes, and all the other chic spas, restaurants, shops and prominent cosmetic surgeons are all around the corners. Groceries store, and pharmacy store CVS is minutes away by walking. Is a great way to explore Beverly Hills.
If you are on business, it is less than a mile drive to Century City and Westwood financial area.
If you are a party animal, Hollywood is 10 minutes away. It has all the most popular pubs, night clubs, amazing sight seeing, and street entertainers. You can party until you call a taxi home.
Or take a nice walk down to Four Seasons, the Beverly Wilshire, Montage, and the Peninsula for the piano bar.

Great apartment, great location, great service!
My wife and I stayed here during our summer vacation in L.A. and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is really in a great location of Beverly Hills with easy access to all major restaurants, bars and shopping facilities. Rodeo Drive is just a 3-5min walk! You can walk down within a couple of minutes to S Beverly Drive where a lot of restaurants are located either for fine dining or just a quick snack or coffee. The building is in a nice residential area and the apartment is in the back of the house. It is very calm and peaceful. People in the neighborhood were very friendly and security was very high. All facilities of the apartment were great. The high speed internet worked well throughout our stay and the kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom/shower was good as well. We did not encounter any problems during our entire stay since the apartment is well maintained. Parking in front of the house with the provided parking permit made our live easy since we had a rental car; something I can recommend to anyone staying in L.A. as public transport is limited in California. However, if you want you can walk down to S Beverly Dr. and take the bus. Hollywood and Santa Monica are just a 15-20min drive from the apartment and so are many great tourist attractions as well as the beach. The manager, Annabel, was very responsive and friendly. She answered all questions quickly via phone and e-mail when we contacted her initially. On the day of our arrival she was there on time to hand over the apartment. On the day of our departure she made a great effort to come very early morning since we had to leave early for our flight. Everything was really seamless and smooth! We have rarely seen such a great and friendly service. We genuinely highly recommend to stay at this apartment.
