                  Year Purchased: 2007

                  About the owner: Same house, spouse, farm, barn since 1970. It's taken a while but this farmer is retired and son is farming our Wisconsin land.

                  Why the Owner Chose Desert Hills III:
                  This is a great unit on a quiet street. It is the 2nd of 4 Green Valley properties we've owned. Our neighbors are mostly from the Mid-West. It's so easy to meet and make friends as we no longer have all those long-time commitments.

                  The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
                  After buying this property, we expanded the front south-facing patio and added the wall. It gives us privacy with a view. The patio off of the living room is great when we really want privacy, or shade.
