This is a great house located off of the bike path in the state capital of Vermont, Montpelier. It is centrally located to the ski resorts, and colleges like Vermont College and Norwich University. The New England Culinary Institute has excellent restaurants that only add to the wonderful cuisine of this town. Local theatre is extensive providing for all tastes.
There is a sunroom that exits onto the back-deck that gives you an indoor, outdoor space. Then step right into the hottub from the deck or explore the many gardens on this 1/3rd of an acre. Inside the living space includes a greatroom with airbrushed ceiling of the night sky, a diningroom,familyroom and full kitchen.
