This professionally decorated, third floor condo has it all, complete with elevator. It is very well-appointed and spacious (2000 sq. ft.) and occupies the entire third floor of the building. The kitchen is fully-equipped with state of the art stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It has a spacious living area with hardwood floors, large TV, DVD, and stereo.

There are two master suites with king beds, private baths, walk-in closets, and TV's. You can enjoy three balconies: one large balcony with dining and lounging area overlooking the tropical, multi-level pool; a second balcony with chairs for viewing the sunset, and a third cozy balcony with a cafe table and chairs to enjoy morning coffee. It also has a full size washer and dryer.

Take a short stroll or complimentary tram ride to the best beaches in Florida. Shopping and restaurants are just steps away in Rosemary Beach!

  • We had a wonderful stay in Seacrest Beach this past week. The condo was absolutely perfect for the five of us and room for more! Open kitchen and living area, 3 1/2 baths, huge bedrooms, and a great balcony overlooking the pool. We hope to be back soon.

  • This condo was a delight to stay in. We had a group of 7 people and at no point did we feel crowded or crampted. It is very well equiped with all the things you would need at home. All the furniture gave you that tropical feel you look for when vacationing. Also the pool was outstanding and the walk to the beach was short enough so you can come and go all day. If you don't feel like walking or someone in your party is unable, Seacrest runs shuttles all day. Thank you.
