This professionally decorated, third floor condo has it all, complete with elevator. It is very well-appointed and spacious (2000 sq. ft.) and occupies the entire third floor of the building. The kitchen is fully-equipped with state of the art stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It has a spacious living area with hardwood floors, large flat screen TV, DVD, WiFi, and stereo and was updated in 2009 with new carpet and sofas.
There are two master suites with king beds, private baths, walk-in closets, and TV's. You can enjoy three balconies: one large balcony with dining and lounging area overlooking the tropical, multi-level pool; a second balcony with chairs for viewing the sunset, and a third cozy balcony with a cafe table and chairs to enjoy morning coffee. It also has a full size washer and dryer.
Take a short stroll or complimentary tram ride to the best beaches in Florida. Shopping and restaurants are just steps away in Rosemary Beach! Ten minutes away, down Front Beach Road, you can find the best donuts in the Panhandle at Thomas's right next to the Carousel Market which has a great selection of fine wines.
Pets welcome (dogs only ) with permission of owner and payment of a "pet fee".

This condo was large, spacious and clean. The 3 balcony's were a special treat. I would recommend this condo to everyone. It is not on the beach but is a short walk. Quiet and clean neighborhood with a great pool. The owners are wonderful to work with.

My husband and I just returned from Seacrest and this condominum last night. This property is very well maintained, lots of room inside (but we never even watched tv), spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, fantastic kitchen, and wonderful few of the lagoon pool from the huge porch. Everyone on the property are cordial and the ground maintenance is superb! This area abounds in great restaurants, and besides being a hidden gem you feel as if you're part of "Life Styles of the Rich and Famous". The sunsets are spectacular from the beach access our grown kids are jealous they weren't included! We will return!

This is the ONLY place to stay for comfort, fun and the BEST pool in Florida! Our kids loved playing in the 12,000 square foot pool! There is plenty of space for 2 families to stay. We will definitely return! We hope it is available!

My family of 5 enjoyed this beautiful condo within walking distance of the beach and wonderful pools. We definitely did not feel like we were in a condo...it is that spacious. With a teenage daughter and 2 boys 8 and 11 there was something for everyone. Great for families with the spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Highly recommend!

We immensely enjoyed our stay at Sable Point. We would never stay anywhere else. When we arrived, the accomodations were spotless and very pleasing. The neighborhood is the "beverly hills" of Florida. Beautiful!

We had a wonderful stay in Seacrest Beach this past week. The condo was absolutely perfect for the five of us and room for more! Open kitchen and living area, 3 1/2 baths, huge bedrooms, and a great balcony overlooking the pool. We hope to be back soon.

This condo was a delight to stay in. We had a group of 7 people and at no point did we feel crowded or crampted. It is very well equiped with all the things you would need at home. All the furniture gave you that tropical feel you look for when vacationing. Also the pool was outstanding and the walk to the beach was short enough so you can come and go all day. If you don't feel like walking or someone in your party is unable, Seacrest runs shuttles all day. Thank you.
