This luxurious and beautiful, lakefront condo overlooks the Walden Marina at Lake Conroe. IT HAS BEEN REDECORATED AND UPGRADED WITH GRANITE COUNTERTOPS, STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES, TILED FLOORS THROUGHOUT, & LARGE FLAT SCREEN TV. It is optimally situated on the second floor affording a panoramic view of the lake from either the living room or master bedroom balconies. Our unit is situated within 150 feet of the swimming pool and has free boat docking directly in front of the unit. ( Please note: the renter is responsible to pay to launch and store their boat trailer at a local marina. Boat trailers cannot be stored in the condo parking lot.)

Weekly Rate: $675.00 Monthly 1550.00
Peak Rates: $185.00 per night, $775/week $2025/month (min 2 nights)

There is a one time $65.00 cleaning fee per visit/ $50.00 Pet Fee

My 7 year old couldn't stop talking about "the view". I have to admit is was great! It was a relaxing place to stay and the owners were very easy to work with.

We stayed for 2 weeks and everything was good. Condo a little older than I thought. My only complaint is the front room & hall smelled like smoke. Next time I will know to ask for a non-smoking condo. Had a few issues but the owners were very quick to help us out. I would rent from them again.

Booking our stay was easy and a pleasant experience with the owner / manager. Had everything we needed for our three day "home away from home" visit. Nice view of the marina and property, nice neighbors, easy access to anything we needed or anywhere we wanted to go. Looking forward to staying here again in the future. (One note: This is a second story unit. If you have elderly or handicapped it may be difficult for them. No elevator.)

We stayed in this condo for a week in July 2010. It was very nice. We enjoyed it so much we asked the owners to sell us the unit. That didn't work so we bought another unit in the same complex and couldn't be happier.

Beautiful spacious condo in the perfect peaceful spot. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. There were 5 of us, and the living area was more spacious than typical for vacation condos. The view from both balconies breathtaking, especially sunrise. Brought a boat and docking was easy. We actually gathered at another house for water activities, but we watched other families enjoy the waterfront here, floating, boating, fishing.....it's a perfect place! The owners were very prompt and helpful. We will definitely be staying again.

Well, all I can say is that this condo is a year older than it's last review and showing its age. We were disappointed in the place although the owner was very nice about it. We found the view lovely, the flat screen TV's very nice(although we aren't much for TV) and the place very quiet. But the place was definitely showing wear and tear and was not all that clean. We had to go out and purchase paper products and soap, but the owner did reimburse us for that. It was just the inconvenience when we thought it would be there for us. The condo is very close to shoppping, thank goodness. Not what we had expected but in retrospect it could have been worse.

Lovely and clean...what more could you want and it's right on the lake also. Two of my sisters and one grown niece and I wanted a place to meet and enjoy some time together that was centrally located to where we all live, and this was the place! Melissa was very helpful in everything we asked her about. One sister did say if she would give the name of the streets when she gave us the directions, it would help (but she was the only one who got lost!). I would definitely recommend this property to a friend. There's a marina right there where you can rent boats, jet ski's, etc. plus fishing from the bank.

This property is very good. The furnishings were updated, very nice patio and view, and very spacious for a 2 BR. Getting in and out was easy and the owner was very helpful w my inquiries. Would have rated a 5 star but the main TV was old and worked poorly ( a very cheap fix these days!) and there was no grill or place you could bring your own and set up conveniently. Stayed in the off season, so most of the summer season activities were not available so i can't tell you if those are any good or not
Owner response:The flat panel 42" TV in the living room was purchased in Oct 2007, not sure what this renter is referring to, perhaps she is referring to the older TV in the bedroom. We plan to have a grill by the summer grilling season. Thanks for your helpful tips.

The condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was located near the boat storage facility so it was a short trip across the lake to the condo. Being able to keep the boat at the condo dock was so convenient also. All we had to do was walk outside and we were in the boat. The condo had everything we needed except our food and clothes. My grandchildren loved being out on the balconies. They could see the boats on the lake as well as watching people fish off the pier. We would go back again and again.
