This luxurious and beautiful, lakefront condo overlooks the Walden Marina at Lake Conroe. IT HAS BEEN TOTALLY REDECORATED AND UPGRADED 10/07 WITH NEW GRANITE COUNTERTOPS, STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES, TILED FLOORS THROUGHOUT, & LARGE FLAT SCREEN TV. It is optimally situated on the second floor affording a panoramic view of the lake from either the living room or master bedroom balconies. Our unit is situated within 150 feet of the swimming pool and has free boat docking directly in front of the unit. ( Please note: the renter is responsible to pay to launch and store their boat trailer at a local marina. Boat trailers cannot be stored in the condo parking lot.)

Off- Peak Nov 1st- March 30th $165/night weekdays, 175.00 weekends (min 2 nights)
Weekly Rate: $675.00 Monthly 1450.00
Peak Rates: $175.00 per night- Weekdays $185.00 Nt.Weekends, $775/week $1750/month
All major holidays and holiday weekends $225 per night 3 night minimum
There is a one time $65.00 cleaning fee per visit/ $50.00 Pet Fee
Three weeks notice is required for cancelation. Contract must be completed.
