This vacation condominium is in the beautiful neighborhood of Sandpiper Isle. The condominium is an end unit with 1500 square feet under air and includes an attached, two-car garage and a screened covered terrace that looks out to a peaceful water preserve.
The furniture is beautiful and comfortable with a tropical theme including a Tommy Bahama master bedroom and living pieces. We know how important it is to have a tastefully decorated vacation home. It looks great!
The master bedroom opens to the terrace and has a walk-in closet, king size bed and its own bath featuring a double sink, roman tub, and separate shower. The living room is open to the covered terrace and dining room. The guest bedroom has its own bath and twin beds. A half bath is conveniently located close to the kitchen. The kitchen includes plenty of cabinets, a breakfast nook and is fully applianced.
Come enjoy all of the fabulous amenities in Pelican Landing including our favorite, a gorgeous private 34-acre beach park that you access by a pleasant boat ride. You will find the tennis center just a short walk away. There are lighted, HydroClay tennis courts at the Pelican Landing Tennis and Fitness Center. Or you may choose to plat bocce or canoe and kayak at the Spring Creek Canoe Park or just have a relaxing picnic.
