This is a very spacious, 1700 square foot, smoke-free Penthouse Condominium with large balcony overlooking the water on 54th Street in Ocean City, MD. The property is appropriately called Sunset Bay, because your entire view is of the Sunset and the Bay (Check Out the Sunset Photo!!!)
Whether you are laying in the Master Bedroom, sitting in the living room, eating in the dining room, or cooking in the kitchen, you have a beautiful water view from all of the main living areas. There is also a small island out in the water with a protected bird habitat which gives a very peaceful feel to the environment.
You are just a short walk from Fager's Island, Secret's and Macky's, three of the top Restaurants/Fun spots in Ocean City with outside beaches and a real Island feel. You will be just a few minutes from the Boardwalk which runs from 28th St all the way down to the Ocean City inlet below 1st Street.
Two of the bedrooms have very comfortable king beds and the third room has a bunk-bed with trundle which sleeps four.

My friends and I stayed here in August 2010. The location was perfect, walking distance to Seacrets. The view was amazing! The owner was great to work with. I would absolutely go back and stay here in a heart beat!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

What a great place to stay!!! My girlfriends and I stayed here for a girls/mommy getaway and this place was incredible. Very clean and well kept and the owner of the property was extremely friendly.

What a wonderful place to stay! Our family really enjoyed it. Fabulous location. The condo itself it extremely clean and well-kept. We loved watching the sun set over the bay! The owners were very accomodating, especially since we were a last-minute rental. I highly recommed!

This is a great condo choice for a summer getaway. The unit was spacious, well kept and conveniently located in the mid-town area of the Ocean city. The sunset view from the deck is absolutely spectacular. We had a wonderful stay by spending time on the beach, checking out nearby restaurants, visiting action packed boardwalk... Thank you very much for sharing your home with us.
