We had a lovely, peaceful stay. The location was excellent. The master bed was great. The kitchen was intimate but wonderfully stocked. I love to cook and the pots, pans, etc were of excellent quality! They rival what I have in my own kitchen (we travel with a sharp knife and peeler, yes kitchen snobs). We bought fresh fish 1 day at the local fish market and grilled it. We also found a local bakery (near the fish market)... yum. We loved coffee on the veranda off the bedroom as well as star gazing. The pool was nice, the chairs by the Atlantic peaceful for a great book read, and we picked fresh mangos from the tree by the office. They made a fab mango salsa for our fish tacos with our left overs. We rented a car for 3 days and experienced all the beaches that were not in walking distance. We enjoyed the quick walk to the Carribean beach after we returned our car. I would reccommend the food "shack" 3 shacks down from the Shiggidy Shack. The appitizer of fish sticks was to die for. I am sad I didn't find them the first day of our stay! We also walked the Atlantic beach up to the Marriott and in the opposite direction to the rocks. Thanks for a well stocked kitchen (nice to have spices, margarine etc) We loved the towels, sheets, movies etc! I hope we can come back next year! I can't say enough about how wonderful the place is!

Owner response:Thanks Monica and Chris for your kind words. We are very happy you enjoyed your stay and our island paradise. Hope you can return soon. Best John Govoni for Jonahsealoft.

Our family of three stayed at Jonah's Sea Loft and had a wonderful time. I’ve booked our stay almost a year in advance and the owners were extremely cooperative accommodating my need for changing the stay period. Although there are other nice options in the same complex my choice was based on the good price that included the tax. Simple and clear! The location of the place is fabulous, only 15 minutes’ drive from the airport just off the main road with the appropriate name Zenway Boulevard :). The Sea Loft grounds are green and lush and meticulously maintained. The condo complex was so quiet and peaceful and we had the swimming pool (that is exactly across from the condo) for ourselves most of the time. The condo is fantastically stocked up with all you could imagine. I had a feeling that the owners read my mind and supplied all that we might need in a kitchen; beside the pots and pans, utensil’s, picnic plates, glasses , cups and cooler boxes , there were a spice rack, cooking oils and different types of vinegar, candles, flashlights ,foil ,cleaning supplies even needles and thread ... The A/C works fine and there are many ceiling fans throughout the house but we never used them. This this part of the island is blessed with constant breezes and we enjoyed them at most! The condo was very clean with plentiful towels, beach towels and beach toys and we’ve made a good use of the washer and dryer. The trunk/coffee table is full of board games in addition to the books and DVDs. The beach that is at the end of the Sea Loft is nice and always empty maybe because the Atlantic Ocean’s waves. However it’s such a nice walk especially when sun sets . If you want a beach that you could swim and suntan and do not have a car it’s 10 minutes’ walk the Frigate Bay beach. We always felt safe there and everywhere we went. St.Kitts and Nevis are two of the few remaining islands that are unspoiled of the mega resorts invasion and I really hope it stays that way for longer. Dear owners thank you very much for your generosity in sharing your wonderful vacation home with us. We've had a blast and we surely hope to return one day!

Our family spent a wonderful week at the SeaLofts. The property is located in an ideal location: very close to the beach, walking distance to several convenience stores, close to a number of great restaurants, and the Marriott. It is just a short car drive from downtown, and from the southern beaches. The condo was clean and attractive and a great place to relax. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Thank you Ari!

My very generous aunt and uncle gave us one week in the Sea Lofts (#13) for our honeymoon / wedding present. And it was perhaps the best week of my life! The island speaks for itself. Despite tourism being a big need for them there the locals have kept their own culture intact. There are art galleries to explore, wonderful little downtown areas around the island and beaches that seem untouched. The snorkling gear at the condo was much appreciated. We toted it around with us to many beaches and found some great spots that even matched the quality of snorkling we experienced on the catamaran trip. (That trip is a must!) Mahi Mahi was in season (May) and so we had a lot and it was excellent everywhere we ate. We made our way to Rams as well and were happy to stock up on some things for whenever we wanted to stay at home. But for one week, there are enough exciting and reasonably priced places to enjoy eating out as much as you'd like. Rawlin's Plantation gets 5 stars from Dave and I for an excellent lunch experience (when you're up for spending a little more). Taking 3 days to rent a car and explore the island was an excellent suggestion and our tiny little royal blue car was a good fit for the streets that curved through so many interesting places around the whole perimeter of the island. The condo was wonderful. We could rest at night in the pool to feel refreshed from being at the beach. The air gets cooler at night and the pool is then warmer than the air. Wonderful! The A/C was easy to adjust to our comfort and kept us comfortable on even the hottest days. The washer and dryer were really helpful too so that we could pack light as well as have fresh beach and bath towels mid-week. No complaints here. I'll never forget the wonerful experience. :D THANK YOU!

Ari's #13 met with all specifications. The condo is well equipped and most comfortable. The pool is excellent. The condo is literally 20 yds from the Atlantic beach and a pleasent walk to the Caribbean beach. Location is outstanding with a short walk to the Marriottt resort ( it has an ATM that dispenses USD in the casino), short walk to an excellent golf course (St. Kitts Royal Club), taxi stand literally in front of the Sea Loft condo units with friendly cab drivers who will take you anywhere at anytime. Short walk to a local Rams store which has eggs, fresh bread, drinks, peanut butter, etc. Within walking distance you can eat at Ciao Italian, PJ's pizza, Lobster House, Mr. X's Shiggidy Shack, Sunset cafe and all the restaurants in the Marriott. Ari gets a 5/5 rating. Plus Ari is honset and delivers what he promises. This is a no brainer vacation for someone interested in a peaceful, sun filled, warm water escape..............

We rented Ari's loft #13 from December 29 - Jan 15th. Other members of our party also rented 2 other lofts. However there is no question that #13 is superior. VERY well equiped. (even to the point of having herbs!) Attractively decorated and perfect for 4 people. Near by there is a great new restaurant that was just opened called the LOBSTER SHACK....and that was a great place to have dinner....especially lobster.

Owner response:Just to clarify: "herbs" refers to our well-stocked cooking spice rack... a pleasure to have all your family as guests, Tanyss, glad I could arrange for all of your units, and look forward to having you as our guests again, and, again.

We stayed at SeaLofts for a week in mid-March on our honeymoon, and were very pleased with the accommodations and overall experience. Ari’s unit, lucky #13, is centrally located right next to the pool, about midway between the beach and the management office – so walking to either took only a minute or two at the most. The unit itself is clean and spacious, with plenty of natural light and ceiling fans in every room. The air conditioning is very efficient, and cooled all three levels comfortably. The kitchen was fully equipped, with everything we needed to prepare our own meals and drinks (we purchased groceries from the local IGA/ValuMart). Although we sampled a lot of the restaurants, having the kitchen allowed us to eat in whenever we felt like it (mostly breakfast on the outdoor deck, but a few lunches and dinners as well) and save money. Also, having the washer/dryer is great because you can pack a fraction of the clothes you normally would, and just do laundry as needed. There is a telephone with free local calls and cable television with the usual US networks. The complex grounds are nicely landscaped, and the occupants of the neighboring units were all friendly. Joyce, the manager, was outstanding. She helped arrange tours and dive trips for us, and got a taxi to pick us up at 5:30 am to get us to the airport on the day we left. Ari was also great to deal with in terms of answering questions and taking care of the reservation and contracts. The Atlantic beach here is beautiful – soft sand and nice, big waves and surf that were perfect for a morning swim, with water temperatures averaging about 79 degrees per my dive watch (the pool was also great and closer to 90 degrees, heated by the sun). The beach did not seem as rough as some of the Atlantic beaches further up the coast (north of the Marriott), and currents aren’t a problem for reasonably competent swimmers. The location in Frigate Bay was convenient for going to the Marriott for golf or the casino, or driving down to the Southeast Peninsula for more beaches and beautiful views. The Shiggidy Shack, Monkey Bar, and Dolce Cabana Italian Restaurant on the Caribbean side were all within easy walking distance of SeaLofts. To experience St. Kitts fully though, you’ll need to hire a taxi driver or get some wheels. We rented a vehicle for a few days and toured the entire island (driving on the left is not as bad as some people might have you believe) and Nevis as well; it’s an amazing place. We’ve onl

We were pleasantly surprised by the condo. It was clean, loaded with extra towels and it even had a spice rack!! The fans sure came in handy. Every amenity you can imagine is available. The condo is conveniently located in a great location on the island, inbetween the Atlantic and Caribbean seas, and hardly anything will beat having your morning coffee on the beach one minute walk from the condo! We could make this a habit in no time at all!! You must make Friar's Beach over the hill, and encounter the smiling mountain goats on your way...Plenty of restaurants within walking distance...Debbie, the owner of Grumpy's will serve you a nice breakfast or dinner. Plenty of cabs are located right down the street, and the cabbies are ready, willing and able to get you to your location. RAMS - the grocery store is a short ride up the street...load up and you're set! No, you can't live on Coconut Rum!! Don't forget the Catamaran cruise to Nevis...it's a blast....and when you get there...Pinney's beach is GREAT and almost deserted!! You must go to the Sunset restaurant on Timothy's beach....the sunsets are great! We truly enjoyed ourselves!

Sealofts is the place to stay in St. Kitts. Ari’s unit #13 was great, as was the staff. It’s located on the south end of the island, 3 mi. from town. A 5 min walk brings you to the Marriott & casino, very expensive there, so after checking it out, get out. A 10 min walk brings you to the Caribbean beach and calm water. Many restaurants are also in walking distance. We rented a car and spent most afternoons on the southern beaches, Turtle, Major’s, Shipwreck, and our favorite, Cockleshell which has only sand and one concession stand run by Lion & Angela. They are laid back and no locals trying to sell you wares. For great local food, go to Old Road Town to Spratnet’s (1st place on left going into town), we went twice. Their lobster is out of this world and reasonably priced. Fish of the day, ribs and chicken too. Back to Sealofts. When booking on the net, you never really know what you’re going to get. Let me assure you after 10 days of exploring the island, there was not a better place to be in this price range. Frigate bay was conveniently located. Unless you like to stay in a hotel and not go anywhere, stay away from the north end of the island. The people on the island were all friendly, but more so around Frigate Bay and the south beaches. In town the usual venders will be encountered, but a no thank you works in most cases. If you’ve been to other islands, you know how pushy they can get. We did not find that in St. Kitts.Note to Ari: When (not if) Val and I come back to St. Kitts, we will be in touch with you. Thanks for sharing your home with us. Regards….Walt

We truly enjoyed our stay in your condo - enjoyed the walks on the beach and the use of your wonderful pool... [property manager] Joyce was marvelous! She was so helpful and kind. The workers, also, are just terrific! They are all an asset... They are all so helpful, attentive, and did everything to make our stay pleasant. The island is a little bit of paradise: such lush greenery and exquisite flowers! We very much enjoyed our tour of the island - not only beautiful and scenic, but the gentleman [guide] gave us so much history about the island.... I just want you to know how much we enjoyed ourselves. It was very clean and nice when we arrived. Again, Joyce and all the workman there are marvelous - so helpful and kind!
