Sunny, third/top-floor unit (with elevator access) in a 55+plus seasonal residential community. Great view of the heated swimming pool, club house, and golf course from a shady screened lanai. Conveniently located off Rattlesnake Hammock Road, minutes from Olde Naples, beaches, golfing, shopping, restaurants, public library, and churches.
Great location! Warm winter weather, with excellent medical facilities nearby. Lely Hibiscus Golf Club next door, Saint Peter's Catholic Church is just one block away. One of the best Italian restaurants in town is just across the street. Easy freeway access to Fort Myers, Everglades, and Alligator Alley, away from downtown city traffic but only minutes to the white, sandy beaches, and Olde Naples.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and spacious, walk-in closet. An on-suite master bath has a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a full-size bed, TV, and separate bath, with its own vestibule and pocket door for privacy to living/ dining spaces.
This is a very established and active 55+ community. Most of the residents are long term home owners who live here part-time, many from the mid-west and eastern states, Canada. There are many activities and festivities held in the community center during the winter months that are open to all and a good way to meet new friends. It is a very welcoming and friendly community with few rentals properties available. To maintain a "pride of ownership" and quiet/safe environment, there is a 3 month minimum stay required and the unit can only be rented once per year. If you're looking for a winter "home away from home" to escape the snow and cold, a place to meet new friends and enjoy aqua-aerobics in a 85+ degree heated pool, this is the place to be!
