Our home is located at the end of Seabreeze Island right on the Gulf of Mexico in TARPON SPRINGS. The views here are breathtaking from sunrise to sunset. Enjoy the dolphins that swim by almost every day from our observation dock. Watch jet-skiers, windsurfers, and boaters right from the private backyard.ALTHOUGH OUR HOME IS NOT ON THE BEACH, YOU CAN SEE IT FROM THE BACK OF OUR HOME ABOUT 2 MILES AROUND THE MAINLAND.
Our yard has flowering hibiscus hedges and some twenty palm trees to make you feel like you are in paradise. The swimming pool is located within 15 feet from of the Gulf of Mexico. Put up hammocks under the back deck and you will enjoy the views and the trade winds for complete relaxation.
Our home is Key West-style with decks on three sides. Upstairs has elegant living room and dining room. European kitchen with eat at bar. Full bath with walk in shower and master bedroom with private sitting porch and king size bed. Additional sitting porch off of living room. Furniture is three years old with cherry wood.
Downstairs has a family room-eating area, bedroom with three twin beds, bath with walk-in shower, and utility room. Carpet and tile throughout the home. We have owned this home for over ten years and rented to the same people over and over. Additional pictures are available at your request. HEATED SWIMMING POOL ADDED JAN 15,2006. EXTRA CHARGE APPLIES. we have added king bed to upstairs bedroom on may l,2006. we have also added a two person hot tub outside. enjoy the views from the comfort of a hot tub.
Clearwater beach is 7 miles away and our local beach is about 2 miles around the mainland. Busch Gardens and adventure island water park is in Tampa about 35 miles away.
Tarpon Springs is a old greek town settled in 1887. visit downtown with lots of antique shops and the world famous sponge docks. eat ethic food, shop, take a boat trip. lots to do here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tarpon Springs, the house was very comfortable, a home from home with all the amenities provided. We spent a lot of time by the pool and on the private dock, watching the fish, dolphins, and the rest of the world go by. Thank you Jim and Ellen for renting out your house for holidays. We have lovely photos and memories of a fabulous holiday

We spent 2 weeks during the Christmas holidays at this beautiful property. My husband and I also flew in our adult children for a few days each during our stay. Our weather was not perfect, but the view always was. We also quickly discovered that 60 degrees with some sun was plenty warm enough to be on the upper deck. What a fabulous place that is! Million dollar views is an understatement! We were treated to dolphin shows and spectacular sunsets. When the temps were a little warmer, we enjoyed the fishing pier, renting a kayak which was delivered by Tarpon Tom for a very reasonable rate. Fred Howard Park reopened, and we enjoyed walking the causeway and watching the kite surfers leave from that location. The house fit us perfectly with the 2 levels and the great square footage. You would not think a property advertised as a 2 bedroom would be so roomy! Thank you for a great stay in your newly remodeled home.

This home is gorgeous and well kept, both inside and out. The views are spectacular and the pool with the ocean view are as well as the decks and dock are simply awesome. This home is exactly as described. The community is such a warm community and so close to everything. The beach is only a few minutes away. Perfect. This property is just as advertised!! It was wonderful and extremely relaxing to be there. The owners take exceptional care of this property and we appreciated that. Sometimes properties are not as their photos, but this one really was....we are both "clean freaks" and found the house in very clean condition. Thanks to the owners for a very pleasureable trip....
