Beautiful three-story home with a tower is located just off the beach, only 100 steps to the gorgeous white sand of Destin. With a community pool, fitness center, and designated beach access with no roads to cross, it makes for the perfect family retreat.
This home is over 3,000 sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms/4 1/2 baths. The first floor has a master suite and another bedroom with two double beds. The second floor includes a living room with dining area and a full kitchen. The third floor contains a second master suite and another bedroom with two sets of bunkbeds. The fourth floor tower has a living room with a pullout sofa.
All bedrooms have their own full bathroom and TV/VCR. The stereo, entertainment system located on the second floor has the capability to route the music to all or just selected rooms and balconies in the home. Each floor and every bedroom has its own balcony or deck with which to see beautiful oceanviews and/or spectacular sunrises while having your morning coffee.
This house is approximately two miles east of Pompano Joe's and within walking distance of Buster's Sports Bar and Grill, Winn Dixie grocery, and the Outlet Shopping Malls. Everything you need is right there.
