Located in the gated community of Seascape, this stunning two-bedroom, two-full bath condominium makes the perfect vacation get-away. Seascape Resort offers many amenities including an intimate, but challenging, par 71 golf course, three lakes, five pools (two are heated), and a wonderful place to walk or ride bikes. Best of all is the world famous beach! After all, Destin is known for its sugar white sand and emerald waters. Located near the private back gate, for easy beach access, you will find the condo approximately 400 yards (and a short walk) to the beach. Seascape owns 2000 feet of undeveloped snow-white beach for your enjoyment. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner on the deck of the beachfront "Whales Tail" Restaurant at Seascape.
Our villa is located on a tranquil, wooded lot on the 15th hole. Relax on the patio deck of the second floor villa and take in the beautiful, serene setting. The tennis courts and one of five pools is located directly across the street from our villa. The Master bedroom features a King-size bed, private bath, 27 inch TV/VCR, and abundant closet space. The guest room has two twin beds with a TV and the sofa is brand new and a queen-size sleeper. Newly redecorated from top to bottom, our condo features a tasteful, classic look including ceramic tile and stylish furnishings. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. All in all, your vacation condo is furnished with the comforts of home.
Did someone mention shopping??? Seascape is located just a mile from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, featuring over 100 designer name stores. Also, located within a few miles is the new Destin Common. This open air mall features a new multi screen, state of the art movie theater, countless popular stores, and exciting new restaurants.
For the outdoor enthusiast, there are multiple water sport activities and Big Kuhuna's Water Park is nearby. Additionally, Baytowne Wharf is nearby and offers many outdoor events and festivals. My husband and I visited this condo in early May, 2010. From the minute we walked into the condo, we felt at home and relaxed. Jill has done a wonderful job of remodeling (pictures on vrbo are not current - remodeling was just done in spring, 2010 apparently). The condo is completely updated with beautiful kitchen cabinets and granite countertops, a gorgeous master bath with spa-like shower, all new tile floors with plenty of rugs to keep it cozy, comfortable and homey. This is the best of Seascape, with a beautiful condo, great view of golf course, right next to tennis courts and pool, and close to the ocean. Just a completely relaxing vacation home. We appreciate the little touches and the effort that has gone into making this a relaxing place to get away and will be back often!
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Wonderful place to stay in Destin. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The location is close to everything. Condo was very close to pool, golf and tennis (just outside the door)! Condo is close to back gate, so easy to get to great places to eat like, Pompano Joe's (good crab cakes), Capt. Dave's and Crab Trap. Seascape is a great place to relax with lots of open space to take a great walk, ride a bike, or just sit on the deck and watch the golf carts go by or listen to the doves sing.
