First trip to Gulf and with 5 kids couldn't imagine a better location than Seacrest. The house was just as advertised and a great value, owners great to work with and even closer to the pool than we guessed. The Seacrest, Rosemary, Alys Beach areas are so quiet, family friendly and easy to get around. Shell Island in Panama City Beach is a must do for families with children. Pier Point in Pananam City Beach is close and lots of restaurants, shopping, and people. Will definately be back.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

We absolutely loved the condo and the area. We have always stayed in Destin in various condos or high rises but we are now sold on the areas of 30-A! The condo was very clean, nice and roomy! Thanks you.

This house was great. The community was phenomenal. Anything you could want was in walking distance, the shuttle took us right to the beach, and there was always something going on down by the shopping areas. The listing page was exactly what the house was. It was clean, fun, and convenient to everything. One thing that I could change would be that there would be a better sitting area around the main TV. We were constantly having to pull the chairs from the table to be able to see the TV. Other than that, everything was great. The owners were very professional with the check in/out and it was a great week.

Week of 6/7/10. The beaches were great (no oil). The house was very convenient and comfortable. Close to the pool, shops and a quick stroll the beach. The owners were great to work with. We would definitely stay again.
