These two bedroom oceanfront condos can be rented either as a one or two bedroom. See my website for RATES. Both units are directly on the ocean with incredible views and stunning Hawaiian sunsets. Kona Bali Kai Resort is on famous Alii Drive, just two and a half miles south of the quaint town of Kailua-Kona where you will find great restaurants and shopping. Banyans Beach, famous for its intermediate surfing, is on the south end of the complex.
Enjoy watching surfers, whales, dolphins and turtles right from your own private 200 square foot lanai along with a breathtaking 180 degree view of the ocean. The units are so close to the ocean that you can watch turtles navigate the thundering waves as they come to shore on the Kona Bali Kai beach.

Why the Owner Chose Kona Bali Kai
Growing up with 5 siblings, a Father who taught school and a wonderful Mother who took care of home and kids, as a teenager I used to collect Hawaii brochures and put them in a cardboard box under my bed. Then at night I would pull out the box and dream about going to that far away tropical paradise in Hawaii – that was a very big dream for a teenage girl who had to earn all her own money for clothes that didn’t come from the thrift store. I saved enough money and at the age of 22, my first trip was to the Big Island, I fell in love. I started buying property in Seattle, established a large residential cleaning business (http://www.maidinthenw.com), and made many more trips to Hawaii. In 2002 I went back to Kona and fell in love with the condo complex I was staying at and went to an open house of a condo for sale. After many offers and looking at what was available I bought two condos from the same owner. As a single woman I feel a great sense of accomplishment and look forward to spending a large portion of my retirement years in paradise. Finally my teenage dream came to a fruition I could never have imagined!

As owner of a large residential cleaning business in Seattle, I love having a home in paradise to visit for stress reduction. My oceanfront condo does it for me. Just sitting on my private lanai and listening to the ocean it only takes me one day to forget that I even own a business!
