Hi Peter and Shanna. My husband, who is also named Peter, and I are very grateful that you shared your beautiful treehouse with our family. Rooms are cute and well appointed, spectacular views and should we say that you have a good taste for furniture too. We loved how your home brought our family together: my mom did the cooking, our little nephew enjoyed watching some of your Disney DVDs and the rest of us worked tirelessly to finish the 'bubblegum' puzzle. And we are proud to say that we finished it in a day…whew! Wow, Mountainside resort is closer to Trapp Lodge than we expected. It was a very convenient drive for us to visit our relatives who were staying there. We love your home so much that we're thinking of returning next year. Pete and Shanna, thank you so much for the use of your condo. We have stayed at mountainside before and we were expecting a nice condo but not as nice as yours. The super said you did all the work yourself! Very impressive. Everything is so comfortable, I felt like I was in my own home. Drank a few beers on the deck (every night!!) Excellent view, nothing like a cold beer on a crisp night with a view like that. That's what life is all about, LOL!

I came up with my 7 yr old daughter for a couple of days and we had the best time. There is so much to do here even in the summer. (We usually come in the winter). Thank you for opening your doors, your condo is very tastefully decorated and so comfortable! The view is fantastic! Thanks again, we will be back as soon as we can. Nick L.

I appreciate the opportunity to partake of your warm home. My daughter will be leaving for a job opportunity in Wisconsin and wanted to spend a few days with her dad. Your home gave us the time and peace to be together and develop fond memories. We had breakfast and supper on the deck - what a view! Our family came to Stowe to celebrate our daughter's 7th birthday. Thank you for opening your home for a very memorable vacation. Thanks for the wonderfully stocked kitchen - we enjoyed her favorites like tacos and a homemade birthday cake! Your place is nicely decorated. My family had a wonderful long weekend. Thank you for your hospitality. Every morning I would wake up and look through the window. The view is spectacular. This unit is very tastefully decorated... The kitchen has everything you need. My kids liked playing the Play Station 2. Every night after supper we would watch a movie. What a great selection of DVDs! Thank you for everything!

What a view! We spent alot of time on the deck reading, relaxing, glass of wine and de-stressed. My daughter loved the place and enjoyed your Play Station 2. She brought some of her games too. We did the town, shopped, lunched and was never really hungry for dinner so ate light in the evening. We took the gondola ride and took many pictures. Lovely area and the first time my husband and I have been back to Vermont since 1990 for skiing at Okemo. I've always loved the mountains and the peacefulness of it all. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay and enjoy your wonderful place.

Thank you for opening the door to your lovely and relaxing condo! Sipping my morning coffee from the deck has spoiled me! The views are just not the same around Chicago... We really appreciated the amenities. The boys were more than happy to discover the Play Station 2! Stowe is both charming and calm. This was our first trip to Vermont, but certainly not the last. Our trip highlights: ~ Biking along the rec path and wading in the stream. ~ The Harvest Market and Sunday's Farmer's Market. ~ Relaxing and enjoying the views! Thanks!!

"Weekend of Hope" Thanks for your generous hospitality! We enjoyed the beautiful warm weather, Cabot, Emily's Bridge (my son thinks it's sooooo cool). Last visit to the bridge the photos did come out with orbs:). The condo is spectacular and the view from the bedroom window allowed me to relax and take a break from "all things cancer" even if only for a little while. We had a fantastic time. The weather conditions got better and we had some good skiing and even better snowboarding. The challenge for the next people is to get the golf ball on the tee more than eight times on the golf game. Restaurants that we enjoyed: The Sunset Grill had awesome ribs and for a more special evening, The Trapp Family Lodge. Enjoy! Many thanks - this was a home away from home.

We had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying this wonderful condo. We had a blast snow-mobiling through the forest. Due to some warmer weather and rain followed by a cold front, mountain conditions were terrible for skiing because of all of the ice:(. However, we loved the great DVD collection. The view of the fireworks display was a freat way to start the New Year off right! We hope to be back next year!

Thank you for opening your home to our family. We enjoyed waking up to the spectacular view of the mountains.... You have really set the bar! ~ Ben & Jerry's factory tour was fun for the family. ~ Five mile hike/walk along the river was very beautiful and good for babies in strollers. ~ Hikes in Smuggler's Notch and rock climbing a must! ~ Groceries at "Mac's" in the village on 100 had everything that we needed. God willing, we should be back next year.

My girls are asleep in the wonderful plush beds for a mid-afternoon nap and my husband is off to the car show and I..., well, I'm doing absolutely nothing except trying to decide if wine or a nice cold beer would go best with this view. My buddies and I are here for work in Waterbury. We remodeled Vincent's Variety RX & put in alot of long days.
