It offers beach ammenities in the summer and easy access for snowmobiling in winter. The Property has plenty of parking and can accommodate multiple vehicles including snowmobile or boat trailers.
This two-story house is approx 2000 sq/ft with 5 bedrooms and two baths. Bedrooms one and two have queen size beds, the third room has a full size bed, the fourth has a twin size captain's bed along with a bunk bed that is full size on the bottom and twin on top, and the fifth bedroom has twin size bunk beds.
The home comes equipped with plenty of activities including toys, board games, a PlayStation 2, VHS & DVD videos and a top of the line, "Hot Springs" 8-person hot tub/spa.
This vacation rental is located less than 2 miles from downtown McCall. It sits on a 1/2 acre lot, directly across the street from Payette Lake. The access to the beach is directly in front of the home. This home is an IDEAL location year-round!!
