Our Townhome is in a small private community located directly on Scenic Hwy 98 across from the beach. It was built in 2003 to new hurricane codes. Conveniently located across from Capt. Dave's Restaurant and in between Silver Sands Outlet Mall and Destin Commons Mall. It is approximately 750 feet from the beach area.

This is a smoke-free unit. It has a very charming interior, new furnishings, excellent beds and comfortable mattresses. The home is a two story townhouse.

The first floor has ceramic tile, a separate den area with sleeper sofa and TV, half bath, dining area to accomadate 9 eating plus high chair & toddler seat. The full custom kitchen is stocked with all utensils, dinnerware, cookware and appliances needed to prepare meals. Large fenced in patio area with teak table,4 chairs for lounge chair and gas grill.

The second floor has two carpeted bedrooms with two full baths. The master bedroom has king size bed & twin aero bed, TV/DVD player and balcony that overlooks the patio. The second room has one queen size bed & twin mattress, TV/DVD player. Baby pack-n-play available. All bed linens, blankets and towels provided.

Also available for use is baby beach cabana, baby pool for patio, one adult bike and one child 16" bike, beach and pool toys, floats, infant float, body boards and 2 beach chairs.

  • We rented this condo for a weekend and it was a pleasant experience. We felt at home. It was situated not far from beach access. The pool was open but of course it was to cold to swim. There are plenty of restaurants and shops just around the corner. The neighbors were very polite and helpful. Will consider staying again!

  • You are going to love this townhome! We stayed here for our summer vacation and can't say enough about how nice the Brewer's home is. The artwork is beautiful, the decor of the home makes you feel like you are actually at home. It was very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the deck from morning until evening. It is enclosed and also decorated very well. It's very peaceful around the home.The beach is beautiful and so close! We were kind of skeptical about renting from people we didn't know, but after talking to Felicia we knew this was the place for us! The owners are so nice and easy to talk to. They were so helpful answering our questions. We were so lucky to have found such a great place to stay and such nice people to deal with on our first vacation to Florida! Thanks again! We can't wait to go back!

  • Had the pleasure of staying at your wonderful condo while attending a wedding 4-22-06. Loved the decor and the patio is so relaxing. The balcony off the master bedroom is nice for a private tan and at night just sitting looking at the stars. The rooms are so spacious. All the amineties of home are thought of. The location of the unit is so close to everying you need. All I can say is loved it, loved it, loved it. Thank you so much for allowing us the pleasure of staying at your home away from home.
