Accommodations:  Condominium, 2 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 2 Baths (Sleeps 5-6)

2 weeks only Oct 24-31 and Dec 5. The rate is $500 plus tax and cleaning.We are then booked from Dec 13 2009 until March 7, 2010. 2010 rates are $650-$750/wk. My name is Lynn Weidner. My husband Jerome and I bought this condo in Feb 2002. We had been looking for a vacation condo for a few years. We traveled most of the state of Florida. We kept returning to this area. When I walked into this condo our decision was made. We love it, we think you will also.Over the past 7 years we have tried to keep our rates affordable-we stand by that so we will offer our fall rates in Sept our rates will be $500 wk until Christmas. Thanksgiving week will be $750.We have additional properties in Daytona beach and Daytona Beach Shores please inquire!!!!

Please phone for reservations.We are proud to say our guests want to return. We update often.Our condos are clean,comfy and cute. We were one of the first to offer high speed internet free of charge. We now have complete complimentary phone service-no need for a phone card or going to a good place to get your cell call.

Seabridge South is located across the road from the beach which is car free and building free. Our view of the ocean is spectacular.The balcony is a perfect spot to watch the sunrise,have your morning coffee and juice,catch some rays,read a book,plan your day or just gaze at the ocean.At night the stars are bright and the moon glow is beautiful on the water. Fishing boats can also be seen off shore.

We make several trips down to our condo a year.The condo has beautiful ceramic tile floors,carpet in the bedrooms,a new king size bed,new sleeper sofa and a new washer and dryer

As you are reading we take very good care of our properties and keep them updated for you and us.

We work hard to meet that goal.How do we accomplish this? One way is by having lower off season rates so we are rented almost every week of the year.Furniture is replaced when needed but not every year.Our family does the painting and upkeep on our many trips down there.If something needs repair we have a network of people to help us.We also shop sales and outlet malls for good buys for home decor.

Our towels and linens are replaced often but they are not the highest grade.They are attractive and good and most important we look for comfort.Our condo is in a wonderful location,is very comfortable,has all the amenities you need for a long or short stay, and is very affordable.We have beautiful ceramic floors in the great room,and bathrooms and carpet in the bedrooms.The washer,dryer,stove and frig are all under 2 years old but they are not stainless.Our kitchen is painted often-now it is sunshine yellow

Our condo is a larger end unit with lovely ocean view. It has a lovely wrap around balcony that gets the morning sun. We bought the condo in 2002.It had been updated in 2001 with new counters, ceramic tile in bath, kitchen and balcony. It has six paneled doors and large closets. We just needed to add the extra touches of home.

We are travel agents and have stayed at many locations. We now have 2 studio units at The Daytona Beach Resort . They were completed in Oct 2006.Ck out The Hawaiian Inn The resort is Oceanfront and has indoor- outdoor heated pools, hot tubs, work-out room and sauna. Close to shopping and dining. Please inquire.We are almost always available to answer questions and give you tips to help plan your vacation.

  • We have just returned from our trip to Ormond Beach and I truely hated to leave both the city and the condo - Lynn and Jerry were very obliging to us and our stay at the condo was most enjoyable. We would honestly recommend this condo to anyone thinking of staying in Ormond Beach. Everything was clean and the neighbours made us feel very welcome. We hope to go to Florida again and definitely will stay at Lynn and Jerry's condo at Seabridge South

  • We just got back from Ormond beach. We were there during the storm NOEL (Oct 27th thru Nov 3rd) It was windy all week and the waves were so big. I never saw waves that big for so long. Other than stormy weather the condo was perfect as you can look at the ocean all day and if you like the beach you just walk across the street. Plenty of good restaurants in the area and I got to play a few rounds of golf which is only a short drive from the condo. If you want a nice place to stay this will certainly satisfy all who come.

  • Thanks, Jerry and Lynn, for making our 35th anniversary so special. The card and flowers were so sweet. I'm writing this in the Condo, because I don't want to forget to do it after we have to go back home. To 32 degrees (and that's the high!) and the snow that's forecasted. Yuck. We had planned to use the Condo as a "home base" for day trips. Once we arrived, however, we changed our plans, and have stayed right here. Just hanging out on the beach or reading by the pool is excitement enough. We've even been able to keep an eye on our businesses back home by using our laptop and a local AOL number. (For all you road warriors, both of the Daytona Beach numbers are local). I can't say enough good things about your property! It's more like a lived-in home than a rental! There's even WD 40 in the odds-and-ends drawer. Everything that could possibly be needed is right within handy reach. All of the details have been lovingly attended to. The complex houses happy, friendly residents who share their slice of heaven with us "snowbirds". I've never felt quite so at-home while traveling. Please be sure to keep a week in February open for me! I can't wait to come back!!!

  • We fell in love with Ormond Beach. It's great for a family that just wants to relax. It's as if you have the beach all to yourself! I even ask Lynn would she sale me her condo. She said no, but I can't blame her. Lynn, your a great hostess! I'm looking forward to going back in July.

  • From the day we arrived to the day we sadly departed, we enjoyed every minute of our stay in Lynn & Jerry's condo. The view is spectacular, the condition of the unit is impecable and the other owners adopted us as if we were family. It would be hard to imagine a more relaxing, enjoyable time...except, of course, being fed fresh olives, one by one, by a Greek beauty in a hillside villa on the island of Santorini.
