Brand new teak Sealy Cal King bedroom set - Kailua-Kona, Big Island Vacation Our Casa de Emdeko oceanview Kona condo is one of the best and most affordable on the Kona coast. We just completely re-furnished this unit in Dec 2004! Brand new A/C installed in August 2008. Top floor location (third), affords a great ocean view from the private lanai. There's a new teak Cal-King bedroom set, new queen sleeper sofa, new patio set on the lanai & futon lounger in the living room. New teak entertainment center has a Playstation 2 & games, a 32" TV, DVD & cd stereo! TV & DVD in the bedroom too! Washer/Dryer and Central Air! All new linens, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and an ice chest are yours to use during your stay. Elevator access is close by, so no tiring trips up and down the stairs. Mini mart located in front of the complex, a life saver at night when you need a cold beverage or snack, most other complexes have nothing nearby. We also DO NOT charge extra for third and fourth persons like many other units do. There are cheaper units in Kona, but none that match our units' attention to detail or quality of amenities. There's nothing worse than 'saving' a few bucks on the rental rate only to lay down on an old, rock hard bed the first night realizing that you always get what you pay for. Look around--compare--and you will see that our little piece of Kona is a place you'll want to stay at more than once!
