The MASTER bedroom has a king-size bed, TV/VCR, and a spacious master bath with washer and dryer. The GUEST bedroom has two double-size beds, TV/VCR.
The LIVING room includes an entertainment center with TV and DVD, stereo system with CD player, movies and games. There is a toy closet (floats and sand toys) that you are welcome to use.
Enjoy sitting at the kitchen pub table watching the activities of the GULF OF MEXICO while sipping your morning brew.
The POOL DECK features a big pool, kid’s pool, Jacuzzi and Tiki Bar. The sky bridge from the pool deck allows you to cross over Hwy 98. We also have a street level beach walkover.
SURFSIDE is within walking distance of many local area restaurants and Silver Sands Outlet Mall is 1 mile east (the largest designer outlet mail in the country)...

We had many choices when looking to purchase a condo. We chose Surfside because it offers more than other condos. We enjoy the pool deck and tiki bar. There is a kid’s pool that is just the right size for our daughter. We can stick our feet in and watch her play. Surfside has the 300 feet of beach frontage, covered parking, an exercise room, onsite restaurant, massage therapy, tennis, pool and jacuzzi. You will love your stay at Surfside.

The condo was wonderful!!! Spacious, very clean, and great location. Kitchen has all the essentials you need to stay in and cook. We had a blast and can't wait to return. The owner was fantastic and so helpful. Any questions or concerns I had she answered right away. Exercise room was great as well! We can't wait to stay there again!!

What a great place to stay at on your first trip to Destin, actually Florida. The condo was very nice, clean and spacious (especially with teenagers). The view of the ocean was nice. The private beach (with umbrella and chairs provided by Carly) was great and just across the street. Although the algae was churned up the last day at the beach, it was still nice to refresh in the heated freshwater pool after playing in the sun. There were a couple nice restaurants close by, but most were closer to downtown Destin. If you like pizza, you have to try Jordanos Pizza And More on Hwy. 98. I've never seen so many ingredients on a pizza and it was wonderful. Overall, thank you Carly and Lee for allowing us to stay in your condo. We had a great week and enjoyed every minute of it.

This was the best place we've ever stayed. So many listings tell you that the rooms are spacious, when they are actually cramped. But this condo is open and spacious and beautiful. The washer washed full loads of laundry and the dryer dryed them on the first spin. There were plenty of towels for showers (there were 6 of us). We loved everything about this spot...and being a little down from downtown Destin kept you out of the main traffic too, yet it was conenient when you wanted to travel to town...just a few minutes drive. Also, my husband loved the on-site workout room. He always has to find a gym when we go on vacation and he didnt have to go anywhere. The two beach chairs and umbrella that are included with the condo rental were wonderful. My mom cant stay in the sun all day and she had a shaded place at the beach. I would definately recommend this place to anyone.

This was on of the best vacations for our family to date. The condo is very comfortable. Beach and pool access made for a very relaxing vacation. My wife was able to relax and my kids (twin 5 yr old girls) had a blast. we will be staying again.

Carly... Thanks for calling to make sure all was well with us. Kevin got food poisoning or the flu Monday night and was sick in bed until today. We were grateful for the spare bedroom so that I didn't catch whatever he got. Nevertheless, we had a lovely time and found your condo to be wonderful! We loved your Condo! The interior decoration was fun and bright and put us right into vacation mode. You had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and carefree. The pool, amenities, and public spaces were beautiful and perfectly maintained and the location couldn't have been more convenient to everything we needed. We would recommend "Carly's Castle to anyone visiting the Destin area. Thanks Carly for everything.
