Our OCEANFRONT studio is located right on a beautiful, sandy beach. From our third floor private balcony your ocean view is unobstructed. Sit in our new bar height patio chairs and enjoy the palm trees, the ocean, the Island of Lanai, whale watching (really, you can see them from the balcony in the winter) and the incredible Maui sunsets.
We completed a floor to ceiling remodel in December 2007. The new hardwood cabinets and stainless steel appliances look beautiful. Tile floors and new fixtures everywhere make our little condo feel like a luxury hotel! New shower, tiles, vanity and fixtures too. With the new balcony furniture in place, morning coffee and sunset wine have the most fantasic view anywhere! We also have a new Bose radio to enjoy plus cable TV.
Enjoy Lahaina Shores Beach Resort's beautifully remodeled lobby plus the private sandy beach and ocean side swimming pool and spa. Washers and dryers are located on each floor.
Walk to the historic town of Lahaina which offers an astonishing array of art galleries, shopping, and dining.
Located right next door to Lahaina Shores is a charming, small shopping center with two of Lahaina's best rated restaurants plus many shops and a convenience store. Plus the newly remodeled Betty's for casual breakfast, lunch and dinner.
A short walk along the beach is the Lahaina Boat Harbor where you can arrange any water activity imaginable. Maui has 15 championship golf courses with two located just five minutes away at Kaanapali.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The location and the balcony. We spend most of our time sitting in the bar height chairs watching the ocean, sunsets, paddle boarders, paddle boarders with dogs, cruise ships, whales. Go to the kitchen for a cup of coffee or the refrigerator for something cold to drink and a snack. Walking into town for meals is always fun too. It is REALLY relaxing!

Karel, I just wanted to tell you that we had a great time on our vacation this past Christmas! We loved the room, the chairs outside were a GREAT idea, loved sitting out there and drinking coffee in the morning, people watching, and great view of the sunsets without having to look though the railing! NICE TOUCH! Loved the bed! Very comfy, especially after a long day of diving, and sightseeing, and shopping! New Years Eve was great, had a free fireworks show on the beach right in front of us! Again we really liked the style! The tile, the fixtures, the glass doors in the bathroom it was Very Nice! Thanks again and hope to return soon! Gloria & Matthew

Karel,we just returned home from our wonderful trip to Hawaii. It was everything we had hoped for. Your condo was perfect. After touring the different areas of Maui, we liked Lahaina the best. The beach outside the resort was not crowded. There was easy access to the shops and restaurants in Old Lahaina Town and your condo was just what we wanted. The view was beautiful and it had everything we needed. We appreciated the A/C. Though there was usually a nice breeze coming in off the lanai, being from the Northeast where we had snow only a couple of weeks prior to our departure, we weren't quite acclimated to the warm temperatures yet, especially at night. Whenever we return to Maui, we will look to staying with you again.
