Superb property. Owner of this unit understands vacationing in Maui and provided the "little things" which many other unit owners do not provide. ie: beach chairs, float board along with basic incidentals.

We had been to Maui 4 time before and this was our first time staying at Lahaina Shores. It was perfect. We have decided this is the pace for us. The condo was beautiful and clean. I can not recommend it more. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

This is my third trip to Maui and Lahaina Shores in particular, but my first time in this room and it by far blew away my expectations. I would not hesitate to rent this room again. I already knew I loved the resort, but now I'm in love with this room as well. We came to Maui to get married and could not have picked a more gorgeous room. The place was beautifully updated, very modern, yet still maintained all the charm you would want in a Hawaiian vacation. The condo was completely stocked, had lots of fun stuff and extras as well. I appreciated the little things about it. I love the location of the condo to downtown Lahaina where all the action is :) These are older condo's but this particular rooms remodel really made it shine. As this was my wedding I had a local hairstylist come to the room to do my hair and she commented that she had been in several rooms at this complex and this was by far and away one of the nicest she's ever been in. High praise and very well deserved! I would also like to speak to the ease of booking the condo. The owners made the transaction very pleasant and were very accomodating. I never felt worried about something not working out the way I had planned. They were very delightful to work with and I would not hesitate to recommomend them. The room had free internet which was nice for uploading pictures instantly. They also had lots of fun extras for the beach. I appreciated the high end feel in a setting that I adore. You can't get any closer to the beach than this. The hotel itself is staffed with lovely friendly people. I would put anyone's mind at ease, do not hesitate to book a room this way or more specifically this room. Well worth it! I would almost guarantee I will be returning to this room on a future visit to Maui!

This was our first time to Lahania Shores Resort. We both enjoyed out time there and are looking forward to a return visit soon. The condo was very will stocked, every thing that was said to be there was and more. The staff at the resort were very helpful. We found it to be very relaxing with the comforts of home. Thank you to Karel & Jim your condo was everything you said it would be.

We spent the week of March 19-26 on Maui. This is the 4th time we've stayed at Lahaina Shores so we obviously like the resort. Of our visits, this unit was by far the best. Recently remodeled and simply but tastefully decorated, we found the condo very clean,well maintained and well stocked. There was a generous supply of towels and paper products. We also had use of beach chairs and beach mats. We found the resort property to be in great shape. The lobby, pool area and front lawn were very clean. Relaxing and Convenient

We enjoyed waking up to the sounds of the waves against the shore line. The sunrise and sunsets were made even more amazing by having a cup a freshly brewed kona coffee on the patio while looking out over the ocean. The kitchen has all of the gadgets and amenities for cooking and yes a coffee maker. You can tell the place was remodeled recently with quartz countertops in the kitchen, granite in the bathroom and tile floors throughout. We loved the whale watching and snorkeling tours that were just a short walk away in Lahaina. If you are looking for a studio condo this place is perfect. The owners are responsive and can answer any questions you might have about the area. We will not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to our friends and family.

We just came back from a great vacation in Maui with nothing but rave reviews about our accommodations. The Lahaina Shores Beach Resort is in a great location and the staff was very attentive. Especially great about the resort was Jim and Karel's condo - their listing is completely accurate, the condo was impeccably clean, and the view was amazing. Nothing was better than leaving the door open to the patio to listen to the waves come in as you fall asleep or having coffee each morning on the patio. You can watch one of the most beautiful sunsets from the condo. Thank you to Jim and Karel for sharing this lovely place - we'll look you up again should our travel plans bring us back to Maui!

This was our 3rd stay in Karel & Jim's condo. OBVIOUSLY....we love this place! This is a wonderful location and the remodel is beautiful! The raised dining set on the lanai is perfect for watching the beautiful Maui sunsets. It's a short walk to the best shopping and restaurants on Maui...and right next door to the best surf school, Goofy Foot. We took a Stand Up Paddle board lesson and had a blast!! Thank you Karel & Jim!

Look no further because this is an amazing property. My husband and I came for 12 days in April 2010, we had the time of our lives. The condo is beautiful, spacious, modern and the view is incredible. We walked into Lahaina twice a day approx 2 blocks from the unit, and the harbor is right there for any boating excursion and you can even watch surfers from the reef. We absolutely loved this property! The location is perfect, within walking distance to all of the amenities of Front St. in Lahaina. We slept every night with the patio door open and let the waves rock us to sleep. The view from the balcony is awesome. The condo is comfortable, convenient and it felt like home. The location was only a short drive from Kaanapali and Kapalua. We loved our trip to Maui, and this property was a highlight. We will be back!

Karel, I just wanted to tell you that we had a great time on our vacation this past Christmas! We loved the room, the chairs outside were a GREAT idea, loved sitting out there and drinking coffee in the morning, people watching, and great view of the sunsets without having to look though the railing! NICE TOUCH! Loved the bed! Very comfy, especially after a long day of diving, and sightseeing, and shopping! New Years Eve was great, had a free fireworks show on the beach right in front of us! Again we really liked the style! The tile, the fixtures, the glass doors in the bathroom it was Very Nice! Thanks again and hope to return soon! Gloria & Matthew

Karel,we just returned home from our wonderful trip to Hawaii. It was everything we had hoped for. Your condo was perfect. After touring the different areas of Maui, we liked Lahaina the best. The beach outside the resort was not crowded. There was easy access to the shops and restaurants in Old Lahaina Town and your condo was just what we wanted. The view was beautiful and it had everything we needed. We appreciated the A/C. Though there was usually a nice breeze coming in off the lanai, being from the Northeast where we had snow only a couple of weeks prior to our departure, we weren't quite acclimated to the warm temperatures yet, especially at night. Whenever we return to Maui, we will look to staying with you again.

We stayed at Laihaina Shores for a week in the middle of October. The condo was great and the view from the balcony was just gorgeous. We had almost all of our meals at the lanai. The hotel provided clean gasgrills for the guests where we girlled our fisdh and meat.The condo was nice and clean and the bed great...and best of all nice curtains, which didn't let in any light from the windows. We like to sleep in in the mornings and want the room dark. The location is good just on the beach but with a short walk into downtown. We are happy we rented the condo from you. Thank you for a nice affordable accommodation.

My Mother recently spent a week in this charming condo. She said it was one of the best vacations of her life! The owners have upgraded throughout! They have provided just about everything you could possibly need for your stay. The condo building is walking distance to shops, restaurants, galleries and ocean activites. Best of all, is the awesome view from the private lanai. Enjoy coffee in the A.M. while you whale watch in the winter months or a Mai Tai at night for spectacular sunsets!
