The perfect location - 250 yards to the gondola and on the free shuttle route into town. The Hillsider complex is small and intimate with a ski chalet feeling to it.
This beautifully decorated condominium has queen-size beds in all three bedrooms. The loft and the living room both have sofa beds. There are two full bathrooms with double sinks, great pass-through kitchen, and dining table with seating for eight. This is a townhouse-style end unit with no one above, plus vaulted ceilings and lots of light!
Great for couples or families. The loft is stocked with a TV, games and videos. Enjoy the outdoor pool in the summer, and the outdoor hot tub all year. They are just steps away from the unit.
A ski locker is available right outside the door. Washer and dryer are available in next building.
Cleaning service upon your departure is included in the price. There is no daily cleaning service. Extra cleaning charges or furnishing replacement due to damage to the unit or furnishings beyond normal use, will be charged to you (the client).
No seasonal rentals.
Sorry, not even small and/or well-behaved dogs are allowed....

Nice townhouse, well furnished. A short walk to gondola (in summer and right on the bus line for winter). Reservation process was easy and no problems while there. Would highly recommend, especially for what you get for the cost.

We had a wonderful stay, the place suited our needs, very close to the slopes, plenty of hot water and a great view of the city! Renee was very cordial and professional. We very much appreciate all that you did (setting up the payment plan) and keeping in touch and answering all my inquires. We wish we could have stayed longer and will of course return to Steamboat next year.

Your condo was perfect for our family of 7. It was so clean and very homey. It was perfect for our getaway over Labor Day. We liked the whole complex and it was very conveniently located. We would like to stay there again if we get back to Steamboat. Thanks!

We loved the condo, and it was perfect for what we needed while we were there. Our kids were able to enjoy the pool, and they even played baseball well enough to win the tournament in Steamboat. If we ever come back to the Steamboat we will get in touch to rent the condo again.

Have just spent 5 nights in your great condo. There were 7 of us and the size and facilities were perfect. You have thought of everything and the place really feels like 'home'. The ski bus stopped very close & gave a frequent service to & from the slopes with a connection at the gondola into town. Huge snowfalls & great skiing whilst we were there! Hope to return. Thank you.
