welcome to gulf highlands beach resort.This townhouse is a very short walk to the beach. It has been tastefully decorated. The upstairs master bedroom has a king size bed and a sitting area with a sofa and chair overlooking the canal. Both bedrooms have their own private bathroom.there is a tv and a vcr or dvd in each bedroom and also in the living room.there is a laundry room upstairs also. Downstairs there is a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking and eating. There is a dining room with table and chairs, also there is a bar and bar stools. The uncovered sundeck overlooks
the canal and it is set up great for grilling. It has a covered porch with a table and chairs and an uncovered sundeck with a gas grill.the resort has 11 pools one is a beachside pool and one is on the island and it is an olympic size pool and it is closest to our townhouse.
The resort has 11 pools; one of them is a beach-side pool. It has six tennis courts, putt putt golf, and shuffleboard.we furnish tennis racquets and balls.and there are chairs for the beach in the laundry room.linens are also provided.
You must be 25 or older to rent. There is no smoking and pets are not permitted.

gulf highlands is a gated community that is convenient to many activities and restaurants.we have a unique beachside pool with a snackbar.there is also 10 other pools including the olympic-sized pool in the complex.plus there are many tennis courts and there is a miniature golf course
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
there is a covered patio and a sundeck that is open and overlooks the canal.this unit was built in 1997.i purchased this one for the scenery overlooking the canal and the large floorplan.

My husband and I along with 2 (16 yr olds) just stayed there this month for 4 nights and we had a great time!! The owners of this property were very courteous and answered any questions that I had very promptly. They take good care of their property! The teenagers enjoyed fishing out on the lagoon and I enjoyed watching the turtles swim by. The beach was a short walk from the property. The beds, and couches were very comfortable and we enjoyed having the washing machine and dryer machine being inside the house. We felt right at home with this spacious home. Thank you for a great stay!! Looking forward to staying there again next year!! Laura

The owners were great to work with...very prompt with answering email and phone questions. The accommodations were just as described and pictured. It was an excellent value and we felt like we were living in luxury in the spacious townhouse. We really loved the back deck view and having the ability to grill out sometimes. We would definitely recomend it to friends and family, and hope to come back ourselves one day.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children.

My husband and I along with another couple stayed here in 2009. Plenty of room, clean, and well taken care of. The back deck is gorgeous and we had tons of fun fishing and watching all the turtles swim by. Only a short walk to the beach and minutes away from restaurants and Pier Park. We plan to return this year.
