About this property

This lovely home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 level house has all new appliances, remodeled kitchen, and new floors. It has a private hot tub, gas fireplace and Wi-Fi throughout the house. All new bedroom furniture has been ordered and will make this house even more comfortable and coastal for your stay. We provide all your paper products, laundry soap, dish & hand soap, paper towels, and even enough shampoo, conditioner, soap & lotion to get you started in case you forgot yours!

2 bedrooms are located on the main level, both have Queen size beds. A full bathroom with laundry room is also located on the main level. The newly updated kitchen, new appliances, and flooring. The upgrades to the property have really elevated the look and feel of the property, more inviting, and screams take your shoes off and stay a while right when you walk in.

Do you have a small dog you want to come with you? The house is pet friendly and will allow 1 small non-shedding dog will be considered with pre-approval from the office prior to booking. A puppy of any size or breed will not be considered.
Conveniently located near the beach, town, convention center, 12th Ave. Park & crabbing, clam digging, and so much more. Within walking distance to anywhere you want to be when staying at the Pilot House.

Pilot House has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests, and parking for up to 2-3 vehicles max.

Great house so close to the prom and town. It had everything we needed for a awesine stay. The hot tub was frosting on the cake! Reported some of the jets didn't work, but still quite usable.

Great house

We love this house & the location, super close to everything in town & a very short walk to the beach & promenade. I would be giving this house a 5 star rating, but i did not receive my cleaning deposit & we left the house as clean as it was when we arrived.
