We invite you to stay in our family's home-away-from-home at Ocean House II. From our condominium, THE BEACH IS AT YOUR DOORSTEP; no long boardwalks or dragging beach toys and children across miles of sand or parking lots. The sand on the Alabama Gulf Coast is truly sugar-white and sparkling clean.
Ocean House is family friendly with fabulous Gulf views and the largest zero-entry pool in Gulf Shores. There are also 2 kiddy pools, gazebos, and 2 Bar-B-Que areas.
Ocean House #2203 is a 2 bedroom and 2 full bath unit that has an absolutely spectacular gulf front view. There is large balcony that faces the gulf with several Adirondack chairs to sit in and enjoy the gulf view. This unit also has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There is internet access which can be purchased daily or weekly.
The furnishings are fresh and clean with tasteful decorations; no tacky rattan furniture with outdated colors. With the help of a professional decorator, we have really been busy remodeling our condo adding new paint, wood and ceramic floors, and new furnishings. It has turned into beautiful retreat for our family, and we hope for yours also.
Something magic happens when you visit the Alabama Gulf Coast. You will discover a less-crowded, laid-back place where you will discover the meaning of "island time." The moment you arrive, the world starts to fade away. Maybe it is the sound of waves gently lapping the shore, the sugar white sand, or the sparkling emerald water. Suddenly building sand castles moves to the top of your "to do" list.

Security Deposit Policy
In order to keep costs down for our guests, we have put in place policies that will help reduce your "out of pocket" expenses. You save by not having to provide a security deposit on top of the cost of the rental. Here's how they work:
We require a valid Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover credit card in order to reserve a condo. Under certain circumstances, this requirement can be waived.
$187.50 will be charged to your credit card. $180 of this amount will be applied to your rental balance, and your final payment will reflect a credit for this amount. Final payment is due 21 days prior to check in. We gladly accept checks, but please be advised should you wish to pay by credit card that you will be charged a 4% credit card processing fee above the final quoted price.
