Welcome to Montana Lodge! Located in the heart of South Lake Tahoe near the Tahoe Keys community, this three bedroom, two bath, mountain-style home is built in the Tahoe tradition of upstairs living. The main floor features a large living room with a vaulted, open beam ceiling and tall windows. Enjoy relaxing in front of the gas fireplace, conversing with friends, or watching a movie.
The fully-equipped kitchen is stocked with utensils, dishes, and cookware for your culinary pleasure. The dining area has table seating for eight and a breakfast bar that seats four. The adjoining upstairs deck features a gas barbecue for the outdoor chef among you.
Rounding out the upstairs of Montana Lodge is the master bedroom and a full bathroom. The master bedroom is tastefully decorated in a Northwoods theme and also has a vaulted ceiling and a sliding glass door opening to the deck.
Downstairs there are two more bedrooms and a second bath. The "Moose Room" features a Queen bed. The "Bunk Room" sleeps up to five people and has a full bed, twin bunkbed, and a pullout twin mattress. The bunkroom has a TV, DVD, VCR, and is a perfect place for the kids to hang out after a busy day outdoors. All rooms have quality linens and extra pillows for your sleeping comfort. There is a queen sleeper upstairs.
Montana Lodge is centrally located and convenient to everything! Shopping, outlet stores, video rentals, and quality restaurants are just minutes away. The nearest ski resort would be Heavenly, only a ten minute drive away, and Sierra-at-Tahoe and Kirkwood ski resorts are only 25 and 40 minutes away. If the casinos are your game, it is only ten minutes to Stateline. In the summer, you are only a three minute drive from the Tahoe Keys Marina where you can launch your boat or rent equipment for a fun day on the lake. A leisurely five minute walk takes you to a beautiful meadow with the North Upper Truckee River flowing through it. Montana Lodge is also a short drive away from the best beaches in South Lake Tahoe!
