  We had a wonderful stay here. The condo has felt like our very own beach house: plenty of comfort and convenience, the ocean at our doorstep (complete with turtles!), but no useless frills. Just our style! We made good use of the kitchen, the lanai and the grass and beach just outside. The natural foods store across the street, fantastic snorkeling only 15 minutes away at Makena, easy drives to the airport, Paia, the start of the Haleakala road and Hana highway, surfing lessons for the kids just a few minutes away, the many restaurants, the Aloha spirit of owner Tomoko and her right hand Keiko during our preparations - I could go on and on about the factors that helped make our time in the Islands magical. Mahalo!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

  It was everything that it said it was. The owner was friendly and flexible with our arrival and departure dates. The owner went out of her way to make sure we knew about all the area had to offer. The condo was well stocked with everything you might need to feel at home. The grounds are lovely. The sunsets are breathtaking.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing.

  I am sorry we have not written sooner to thank you and to tell you how much we enjoyed using your condo in September. It was everything we expected and more! Your suggestions and information about the island was a great help. We were really able to relax and enjoy the beaches and especially the sunsets... in fact we were all set to eat at several of the restaurants but ended up cooking on the grills on the roof and just relaxing at the condo. We have decided to return in a few years and would hope to stay at your condo again. I was a wonderful trip. Thanks again.

  I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our vacation in your condo. Being right on the beach made it especially great. We had perfect weather, which has made it more difficult to come home to the rain storm we are in now. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your wonderful condo.   Dear Tomoko I just wanted to let you know that I had an absolutely wonderful time in Maui with my family. We all wished we could have stayed there longer. Your condo was comfortable and wonderful. The beach was so inviting and the tropical fish were amazing. We did the bike ride from the top of Haleakala, we all took a surf board lesson, we went to Lanai for snorkeling trip, then of course we ate at Mama's Fish House and Sansei sushi restaurant. Thank you for your great recommendation. I woke up every morning at 6am, then either took a walk with my friend or did snorkeling while all my family members were still asleep. We even saw a sea turtle right off the Kamaole 2. We were greeted by hundreds of dolphins on the way back from Lanai. The sunset from the condo was breath taking. So many beautiful memories!!! We would love to come back and stay at your condo again. Thank you

  This year's Maui vacation is over, and we are already looking forward to next year. Our stay in Maui was wonderful, in large part due to your delightful condo and its great location.   It is hard to believe that it has been more than a month since we left your fantastic facility. Again, my wife and I had a wonderful time, and really enjoyed a nice long relaxing vacation. Everything was just as we expected throughout or stay. Even the little problem with the water backup was easily taken care of by the staff at the Royal Mauian. We are already looking forward to our return in 2 years, and have already picked out our dates, and we will contact you in January/February of next year to check on availability. We are looking at returning for 20 nights. We are hoping that you are still renting out the property at that time and have not decided to live there already.   Hi Tomoko, We just got home from Maui, and wanted to drop you a note to thank you for sharing your lovely Royal Mauian condo with us. We really enjoyed it, the location was indeed excellent, and the view from your lanai was great to just sit and relax. You were right, this location was great for us and our kids, they could just walk across the street for the shave ice and the cinnamon buns, and we could just walk to beaches to boogie board if we didn't feel like driving. We also enjoyed the rooftop BBQs which we used almost every night. It is just beautiful up there. Anyway, thanks again, everything that we needed was in the condo.

  Hi Tomoko Thanks for the first class stay at royal Mauian. We had a great time. The weather was perfect and we really had fun with the kids exploring the island. The unit was fantastic. I really appreciate the nice sheets and comfy bed and sharp knives. Thanks also for the late checkout. I'm just waiting for the last load to go through the washer. We will be back!! Mahalo
