You fly thousands of miles to be at the ocean. So why not stay at Beachfront condo where you can walk to the beach in less than 1 minute! Many other condos are located across a busy street, a long walk from the ocean.

ROYAL MAUIAN is located in South Kihei on the dry side of the island where Maui’s best beaches are located. It is situated between Kamaole 1 and 2 Beaches. Our ground floor condo offers many advantages. Kamaole 1 Beach is accessible from our lanai through well-maintained oceanfront garden.

You just walk out through our lanai to enjoy a quick swim or watch the sunset on luxurious soft grass or lie on a chaise lounge under a palm tree with your favorite book and drink. Royal Mauian attracts many returning visitors.

Our 2 bed and 2 bath condo has a king size and very comfortable Simmons Beautyrest and two twin beds. Each room has an overhead fan. It has fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, DVD, CD, private telephone, washer/dryer.

Oceanfront swimming pool is close, but you do not hear the noise or see the pool. Pool is kept at very comfortable temperature. Our condo is conveniently located near restaurants and shops.

Oceanfront lanai has view of neighboring islands and walking access to well-maintained grounds. Beautiful roof garden features BBQ grills, kitchen areas with refrigerator, microwave, sink and serving bar, as well as outside dining areas with tables and chairs. 360-degree view of roof garden includes the majestic Haleakala , West Maui, islands of Lanai, Molokini, and Kaho’olawe. Great whale watching in winter.

Kihei is located on a sunny and dry side of Maui where you can enjoy many activities. Enjoy swimming and snorkeling right outside of the condo with many tropical fish. Go diving near Molokini island. Dive boat leave from Kihei Boat Ramp. There are championship tennis and golf courses nearby. Many shops and restaurants located around the condo or in Wailea are very convenient. Venture out to 10,000 feet high Haleakala for hiking, bicycling, or horse back riding.

  • Aloha Tomoko, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your wonderful condo. The ocean-front, ground-floor location was everything that we'd hoped for from our extensive research. Besides the fantastic beach access, we also loved the convenience of the restaurants & shops across the street. We also enjoyed the sunset grilling on the roof deck.     The Royal Mauian also gets highest marks for me. I was surprised and impressed at the immaculate grooming of the grounds and the cleanliness of the common facilities. The homeowner’s representative was a pleasant woman. I think your rate is a little low. I thought the $200 per night was an extreme bargain considering the location and quality of the unit. I think you could easily get $225 per night in that location even in low season. Cindy, Las Vegas ********************

My parents and brother stayed in a condo unit on the 6th floor in the same building but we were very happy to be on the first floor and able to go in and out at our leisure.     Aloha Tomoko, We want to thank you for the rental of your lovely condominium in Kihei, Maui. We had the best of everything nearby - snorkeling with the turtles and reef fish, boogie boarding on the beach, great shopping, and best of all, a spectacular view of the ocean and the wonderful Hawaiian sunsets!   • Thank you for providing such a lovely stay in Maui. I have been to the island several times, and our stay at the Royal Mauian, Tomoko, was the absolutely best by far! I’ve stayed in resorts in Kaanapali (Hyatt, Westin, and The Whaler), in Kapalua (The Ritz Carlton), and other condos in Kihei. But your condo combines the best of both worlds – luxurious views, the sounds of the ocean, soft green grass underfoot, easy access to wonderful restaurants and shops all this and the ease and comfort of having our own little apartment (your condo) in a most beautiful setting. We felt right at home in your home – and your hospitality was four-star! Even though we spent 11 days there in May, we’re already planning a return trip for four weeks in November. We’re so excited to return, and so soon, to your island paradise and your condo rental that felt like “home” to us from the start! Mahalo Michelle

  • Overall, the experience was very good. The condo is nice and in good repair. As promised, the beds were new and comfortable. We also appreciated that the condo was very clean. The location is excellent. Snorkel Bobs across the street and an extremely good snorkeling spot steps away is a huge plus. The Royal Mauian also gets highest marks for me.
