You will enjoy the open floorplan featuring 16 inch custom, ceramic tile floors in kitchen, baths, entry and trafficways. Plush carpet is in living/dining room and bedrooms. The kitchen features corian countertops, gas stove, built-in microwave, pantry, and dining nook and exits directly into the two-car attached garage. The living/dining or great room area is 22 feet by 13 feet with sliding glass door to covered patio. The master suite is separate from the auxiliary bedrooms and features a large walk-in closet, shower only in the bath.
Community amenities include tennis courts, bocce ball courts, exercise area, and activities (note.. some restrictions apply). Shopping, entertainment and airport are within 15 minutes of the house. Small pets are okay.
