  We spent 10 days in this very nice villa which is maintained at a very high standard and very well managed by the owner and local agent. It is an easy drive from the airport and on the way you can stop at the local supermarket to stock up with all you need for your stay. It is spacious, with a lovely pool area as well as games room and all the amenities you could ever need to make your stay comfortable and straight forward. The owner sends you a DVD before your holiday as well as plenty of information about the villa and general vicinity so you know exactly what to expect and this is so helpful. We would recommend a stay at this villa whether you are a seasoned Orlando visitor or a beginner. If you don't like it you are doing something wrong!

  Just wanted to thank you for the use of your villa. We had a fantastic holiday and the fact that we had such a beautiful villa made it perfect. The way you have furnished it to such a high standard, together with the personal touches made it such a pleasure to stay in. It was a lovely surprise to find it so close to the Disney parks, I was expecting it to be in Kissimmee. Also, I appreciated your informative emails and DVD in the run up to the holiday. We will all definately recommend your villa to friends that are thinking of visiting Orlando. We are now saving for our next visit. JP

  We loved your home, was the perfect location and a perfect size for our party of nine. Would recommend it to friends and family.   hi Craig, just wanted to write to thank you for the use of your villa, it certainly lived up to expectations! It was spotlessly clean, and we loved the fluffy towels. The pool was great, particularly as the weather heated up as the week progressed. Thank you also for allowing us to have a late departure on the Saturday, we spent the morning at Universal Studios then chilled by the pool for the afternoon before heading to the airport. We would certainly recommend your villa to our friends. Thanks again, best wishes Cath

  It was about our 10th trip to Florida, so we knew the area well and it was without doubt the best house we have stayed in. The location is perfect, being lovely and quiet, but also only 10 minutes from Disney. The house is perfect with a large pool, recently extended deck area and games room which is just what is needed after a long day at the parks to relax and unwind before heading back our to eat at the many excellent restaurants which again are within a 10 minute drive. The decor is modern and stylish and kitchen is equipped with all the latest gadgets, equipment and cutlery you could ever need. Bedrooms are luxurious and beds are very comfortable, so a good night sleep is guaranteed before the next day's activities! The owner was really helpful before our trip and provides a video and information pack which will be really useful for even frequent visitors to Florida. We would definitely recommend this house to any of our friends and work colleagues and hope to return in the not too distant future ourselves.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

  Craig I was about to drop you a mail too, to say that your house was superb and it was a pleasure to stay somewhere so quiet, but still close to everything! Terry made sure everything was ok and we did have a really great time in Florida. It was about our 10th trip, so we knew the area and it was probably the best house we have stayed in.
