Why the Owner Chose Pelican Watch
Seabrook is a unique location. A quiet gated mixed community of beautiful homes and well kept villa groupings, Seabrook offers peace and tranquility while many activities are close at hand. In looking for a retirement place we visited Savannah, Hilton Head, Myrtle Beach and Charlotte; none of these locations was even close in quality to Charleston and Seabrook Island. We vacationed on Seabrook for 5 years before we bought our beachfront unit and love it more & more with each visit.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Two championship golf courses, gourmet restaurants, an equestrian center, 14 Har-Tru tennis courts, miles of bike and nature paths, marsh streams for kayaking and over 6 miles of uncrowded sand beaches are available on Seabrook Island. In addition, the city of Charleston with a full range of dining and cultural activities is only 30 minutes away. We especially enjoy swimming in the Edisto River (tidal, salt water inlet from the Atlantic), walking along the beach, seeing dolphins, pelicans and seabirds and watching sunsets from our deck.

Life-long Midwesterners currently living in WI. We have three children and two new grandsons. One of our primary reasons for purchasing a beach front unit was the possibility of taking each grandkid swimming, fishing and kayaking on Seabrook.

Hi Janet, We really enjoyed staying in your condo at Pelican Watch. I could not believe how peacful and quiet it was, it was absolutly perfect. I have reccomended your place to my friends and I really hope we get a chance to stay there again, I did not want to leave. We were not sure where the best place to get kayaks was from so we ended up getting a fishing boat from the marina just outside Seabrook village which was really great. Thanks again you are very lucky to have such a great place.
