Welcome to our Chadwick Townhome in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, where the annual snowfall averages over 333 inches and the term "Champagne Powder" was coined here. Steamboat offers almost 3000 acres of skiable terrain from the beginner to the hardcore. If summer is more to your liking, try mountain biking on some of the of outrageous terrain or kayak the roaring Yampa or fish on one of the many rivers and creeks or just hike around in one of the National Forest trails in the area. Steamboat Lodging Properties represent a small number of homeowners who wish to share their homes here in Steamboat with guests who want to enjoy all that Steamboat has to offer. This home is located approximately ½ mile from the Gondola/Base area and slopes. During the ski season we OFFER AN ON CALL SHUTTLE to the Base area.

This 3500 s.f. private home is 4 bedrooms/4-1/2 baths on three levels. There is a media room with a wet bar for quiet evenings of movies or sports. Great for that family get together and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The home is fully furnished and fully equipped, including the gourmet kitchen. Need to relax after a long day on the mountain check out the grand fireplace. The home is wired throughout with stereo radio. Relax on the deck where you will find the private hot tub and BBQ grill. For those who want to keep in touch with the world outside Steamboat the home offers wireless high speed internet. The kitchen in the media room is a great place for a late night snack while watching a movie on one of the many TV’s throughout the home.
