Five year old, 2,900 square foot house (2300' main levels, 600' basement) with expansive views of Breckenridge Ski Area and the ten Mile Range. Home and hot tub are adjacent to French Creek, and sleeps 11 in beds, or 13 including pull-out couches. Recently finished basement with 47" HDTV, Blue Ray DVD, Bar and game room.
Located in the Breckenridge neighborhood of Vista Point, this smoke-free home is a short three-quarter mile walk to Main Street. A FREE bus (the Summit Stage, see link below) is also available to take you to the Slopes (straight to Breck Gondola) or Town.
The living room has 18 foot vaulted ceilings, two-story views of the mountains, a stone fireplace, and leather furnishings.
The dining area is surrounded by bay windows, a full kitchen with granite countertops, wood floors and knotted hickory cabinets.
Outside of the kitchen is a full deck with barbecue. Off of the lower level of the house is a Private eight person Hot Tub, just a few feet from the creek.
The oversize family room has a sectional couch and 42 inch HDTV with Surround Sound, DVD, VCR and HD Cable channels. High Speed Internet and WiFi network included at no extra charge.
All four bedrooms have bathrooms with in-tile Heated Floors. The upstairs Master Suite includes a Private Balcony with Mountain Views, Jetted Tub, Double Shower, Queen bed, 26" HDTV/DVD and walk-in closet.
The two main level bedrooms each have a Queen bed. The other upstairs bedroom is perfect for kids with two sets of bunk beds, including one full bed and three twins. The family room sectional couch also has a full size pull-out bed.
Ample parking is available in a two car detached garage with automatic opener. Carbon Monoxide detectors on all levels and bedrooms. Cleaning Fee and Snow Removal are included with a three night minimum stay.
Our quiet Vista Point neighborhood is only two miles driving distance from the Ski Area, and five miles to Breckenridge Golf Course (27 Hole Jack Nicklaus Course). The house is also walking distance to Snowshoe and Hiking trails (Sally Barber Mine trail).

Why the Owner Chose Vista Point
Breckenridge has great activities year round. This location allowed us to get ~3000 square feet of new construction with great proximity to town: the free bus a block away, or a 20 minute walk during summer.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We have a great view of Peak 8 from our house (and hot-tub). There is a creek right behind the house, which is fun to listen to during spring, summer and fall.
Breck Free Ride - Purple route is to our neighborhood. Pick-up at least once per hour, 7 days a week (6:15am - 11:45pm). Check web site below for times http://www.townofbreckenridge.com/index.aspx
Free Gondola to Peak 7 and 8 from downtown. Parking for Gondola in several ajacent lots near this location. ~$10/day depending on what time you arrive.

This is a great place for a group of people. We had 9 in our party and there was plenty of space for all of us. The views are amazing from the house. Very well decorated and furnished. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home so we could get away for a weekend. We hope to return to this amazing place!

We visited Breckenridge in July of 2010 and stayed here with two families. This was a great house and was in a superb location. The kids had a great time in the creek behind the house and on the trails and the two playgrounds close by. This was a very easy location to start all of our Breckenridge adventures from. The owner was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. We hope to make it back to Breckenridge very soon.

We rented this house in July of 2010. It was GREAT! Just like the other reviews state, the house is wonderful. We had two families stay and had a marvelous time. It is close to everything and there are many hiking and mountain bike trails right by the neighborhood. The kids had a great time staying in the “kid room” with two sets of bunk beds and playing in the creek behind the house. I would highly recommend this property if you are going to be staying in the Breckenridge area.

We stayed in this home in Feb 2007 and Feb 2009. It is perfect for our 2 families. This new, spacious home is nicely decorated and very comfortable. The views are spectacular. It is conveniently located in town and the streets and driveway are maintained. We had a great vacation! We skied at Breck, tubed at Copper Mountain, shopped at Breck and the Silverthorne outlets. We enjoyed a day at a Breck Spa. There were many good meals cooked at the home. Game night at home was a blast! After all the outdoor activities it was so good to come back to a comfortable, warm home. We enjoyed the hot tub, Jacuzzi tub in the master bath, and heated tile floors in the bathrooms. The owners are very nice, well organized and accommodating. This is a perfect place to stay. We would love to come for a summer visit as well.

Thank you for renting your home to us over Christmas 2008. We found your organization, chosen decor, and setting to be perfect. The view out of the back windows is locked in my mind! And the master suite was just what our weary international traveling friends needed! Beautiful! We rented this home for our family reunion (8 adults, 4 kids) and this house was just perfect! The location is so close to the rec center where the kids spent the afternoons playing in the huge indoor pool. The owners were a real joy to work with. The house itself is immaculate with luxurious furniture and amenities. Everyone said it felt like we were staying in a model home. The kitchen had everything we needed to create great gourmet meals. Our only complaint was that we all had to leave and return to our own homes! I strongly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time and hated to leave. We could have used another week to experience more of this beautiful area. This spacious home has an abundance of windows which bring the beauty of the mountains and ski slopes indoors. Above the scenery, the abundance of snow, skiing Breckenridge and night skiing at Keystone, Dog Sledding at Leadville, Pampering from a local Spa, the thing we enjoyed most was the nicely decorated home with all of its amenities. This 4BR, 4BA home was perfect for our 2 families.The Jacuzzi tub in the master bath and the outdoor hot tub felt great after a day in the cold on the slopes. Another pleasure was the heated tile floors in all four bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you needed for preparing meals and the town had plenty of restaurants if you chose to eat out. The owners are very nice, well organized, and a pleasure to do business with. Our expectations were not only met, but surpassed. This is a perfect place to stay, no matter what the season. We had a wonderful time celebrating my son's birthday! The house is beautiful and the sound of the creek running behind the house was so peaceful at night. It was really neat the way you had so many "extra" amenities, that we haven't found before at a rental. We are looking forward to coming back in the future.
