  My siblings and our kids took a vacation to the southern California. We are originally from Reno, so we do not really get the beach a lot. We rented the whole house because we have a big family. This villa is really close to Disneyland, and still beachfront, it was a perfect vacation for a family with young kids. There were toys at the beach house so my kids could play in the sand, and I could watch them from the inside of the house. The weather was perfect and the area overall is family friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here and I want to come back this year. Quick and easy booking for the house. Thanks for the memorable vaca.

  This property is at the heart of Balboa Peninsula in Newport Beach. It is close to all the amenities of the region. It is on the boardwalk by a wide and beautiful beach. Inside, the upgrades are tastefully contemporary and very well maintained. We were a party of nine and we rented all three units. The way they are located makes you have a combination of privacy and exposure at the same time. We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back.

  I have never been to California and I was so wow'd by my stay here. The weather was so perfect when I stayed here, and the unit I stayed in had the most wonderful view. I love that I did not have to drive around to get to places, and I love that the unit was right on the sand. The property manager told me that the weather is ideal year-around and that it is close to Disneyland. I can not wait until I come back in the Fall. I would love to come back to this house. I am so grateful that the manager was so nice, he was able to give me a very affordable rate. This will be our 'go-to' getaway.

  My stay at this beach house was amazing! The location is unbelievable, the house is right on sand and less than two blocks down from the pier. There is something to do everyday if its shopping or going fishing. Not to mention the area is very safe and you can watch your children play in the sand from the property. This vacation was a great experience for my whole family and we will definitely be back!

  Our family has rented for four summers and this was our first time here. We were very pleased. We used all three units and it worked very well to have some separate spaces even though we primarily used the downstairs front unit the most. We were amazed at the comfort of the mattresses on all the beds. Usually in rentals you put up with lousy beds. Everyone raved about the good condition of the beds. That was great. The only thing lacking was an assortment of some kinds of kitchen utensils.Although there were the appliances we needed, we had to visit all three kitchens to find what we needed and even then we couldn't find things like a spatula, cookie sheets or a 9x13 pan. Maybe we were spoiled from our other rental which had a lot of dishes/pans/etc. But we still preferred these units because everything worked and there wasn't anything broken. The WiFi had a strong signal. We were very pleased and would come again to these units.

  The view at this beach house is breath taking!! Initially, I thought it would be similar to the other beach front lodging with ocean view. However, when I first entered, my jaws dropped at the 180 degree view of the ocean because there are also windows on the sides. It is located right smack in between two of the piers at Newport Beach, and I can see both of the piers from the 180 degree view windows. Since it is located between 2 piers, it gave me convenient access to so many restaurants, bars, and shopping. I love the nearby waffle joint and the Mexican Cantina. Next time around, I would definitely stay longer cuz you just can't get enought of it!!

  Such a great place to get away, even if it's just for the weekend. I love coming here during down season because it's so quiet and relaxing. This place can be super exciting and super romantic. I love it. The weather doesn't get that cold and the surround area is such a nice mix unlike other cities. I like how you can find cheap stuff but within 10 min, you can find yourself at a high end shopping center. It's really fun. It's so hard to see even half of everything within a weekend. I frequent this getaway. You can easily spend a week here without being bored. It also has a nightlife, just an 8 min walk away there's a fun club with awesome Mexican food. I really like this area. There's so much around that area. A mix of luxury and affordable relaxation.

  I have my family reunion in the villas. My family love the location. Closed to everywhere. Nicely decorated. Open floor plan in upper unit. Cute patio open out to beach in lower unit. Easy check in and out. Always get to speak to management.
