This is a beautiful two-bedroom, two-story condo located on the Robert Trent Jones Jr. golf course at. Your lanai overlooks the pool, the ninth fairway, and the ocean. Waikoloa Villas is a private, quiet, individually-owned, condominium complex. There are 2 pool/cabana areas that are complete with heated pool, hot tub, gas bar-b-que grills, and shuffle board.
Upstairs you'll find the loft-style master bedroom with a king-size bed and walk-in closet. The 18-foot high wood ceilings make it very spacious inside. The upstairs also has a private bathroom with shower and a separate vanity area. There's also a small office area and plenty of closet space.
There are two twin-beds downstairs in the second bedroom. Another bathroom is downstairs with a combo shower/tub and separate vanity area with washer and dryer. In the living room, the sofa unfolds to a very comfortable queen-size bed.
If you decide to stay in for some of your meals, the kitchen is fully equipped and includes dishes, glasses, cookware, microwave, coffeemaker, and dishwasher. A grocery store is a quick two-minute drive away.
The condo has berber carpets and comfortable furnishings. The lanai has a nice patio set and a wet bar. It's a great place to begin your day with a cup of Kona coffee, or relax at the end of day. The location of this condo makes it perfect for year-round enjoyment. It does not rain on this part of the island very much and the temp is normally 75 to 85 degrees year-round. You will enjoy a nice afternoon breeze most days. There are very few insects on this part of the island.
You can drive to the live volcano in about two hours, to the beach in seven minutes. It's a great place to experience what Hawaii has to offer and to feel like you belong here... You can find many activities close by or just relax and enjoy the condo and the resort.

Why the Owner Chose Waikoloa Village
After visiting most of the Hawaiian islands over many years, we fell in love with the Big Island. We explored the island and found we really liked Waikoloa Village. We liked the fact that it's a quiet area, but we can still go to Kona if we want to do the "tourist thing." We also liked that we had everything we needed (grocery store, some restaurants, etc.) just a couple of minutes from us. We love the ocean and can be at the beach in about a ten-minute drive. Another thing we liked about the area is that it's drier than other parts of the island, so there aren't a lot of bugs! It's usually the perfect temperature, with a nice breeze in the afternoon.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
For years we've rented condos for our own vacations because of the flexibility they provided. (Don't you just want to stay in p.j.s for breakfast sometimes? Without the added expense of room service?). We've stayed in good condos and a few bad ones, too. When we were ready to buy a condo, we wanted ours to be a good experience for people. We made it as turnkey as possible--renters just need to bring luggage and groceries; we've taken care of the rest. One of our favorite things is morning coffee on the lanai (Kona coffee, of course!). It's a wonderful way to start the day. The condo is spacious. If we feel like just "hanging out" for the day, we can do so without stepping all over each other. The condo is on the 9th fairway of the Village golf course (renters can get discounted greens fees). And it's just a quick walk (about a minute) to the pool and jacuzzi. We also enjoy exploring the island. We like horseback riding in Waipio Valley. A lot of the times we just throw our snorkel gear and towels in the car and stop at different beaches. At the end of the day, it's usually a dip in the pool followed by dinner on the lanai. This is an easy place to just relax and enjoy the beauty of the island.
